Item was easy to find

I was unable to find what I was looking for on the website and had to telephone. The lady I spoke with was very quick to help after I explained what I was looking for. She found the product, gave me the product number, waited until I was able to bring it up and order. Just great customer service, thoughtful and fast.

I emailed twice about sales tax, my reseller forms are current and active with you, but you still charged me sales tax. Frustrating.

What made the experience great was a recieved an email that my item had shipped. But what made it NOT great is that it took a long time to get it. So, I was a little surprised & disappointed that it took a while to get here. In the past when I ordered from GT Bag , my item was delivered in like 2-3 days. Other than that everything was fine.

Not pleased. I used to order from a company that was acquired by Action. Prices were higher, previously free shipping was really high and much slower than before. Looking for another option.

Honestly you need to work on your checkout process. There are three main glitches in the checkout process: 1) When you click on the CART, the CHECKOUT button doesn't appear unless your mouse accidentally hovers over it. It's completely invisible; I found it by mistake while trying to find where to click. 2) The customer needs to set up an account prior to checkout, but this isn't prompted early in the checkout process. Annoying as you have to go back through it. 3) There's a glitch in the cart itself when trying to change the quantity of items in your cart, like from 1 to 2. It doesn't auto update the total.

The site kept mentioning an error of the address match or something.

A search box on the home page made finding what I needed fast and easy! thank you!
