United States | 12 October 2024Wrong product was sent out the first time. When the right product was sent out, which was cloth bags, about 10% of them were moldy. Update: I was contacted and they replaced the moldy product for free. I ordered again, and the product was shipped promptly with no issues. I plan to continue using their products.

United States | 12 October 2024I normally always order 8x10 slide seal zip bags 2 cases at a time. They were out of 8x10, but they substituted in stock 9x12 at the same cost and sent them right away. Best old fashioned customer service at it's best. Thank You.
