I have been with BeYogi for years now and refer others. However, I just went to renew my insurance and chose the monthly paypal option. However, I was charged the full annual price, plus an additional $20 which would have been rolled in to the "added convenience" of making monthly payments. The whole reason I selected monthly was so I didn't have to pay all-at-once. Now, I have paid both a higher price, and all-at-once!!

Best yoga insurance company! I have been in the business for over 30 years and have used other companies. When I compared the coverage and additional member benefits, this company goes well beyond the others.

After I submitted my payment, I was sent to an error page. Thinking it truly was an error I submitted it again. Both times the site charged my card, yet I have no email confirmation, nor do I have a policy number or proof of any type of insurance.

I was offered a $25 discount to renew my insurance. Every time that I tried to do it, I did not see a place to enter the discount code. I sent an email about it, and did not receive reply. I tried to called and somehow was disconnected. I gave up and let my insurance lapse. It was easy to renew when I finally went online to do it, but I never did figure out the discount code.

The account creation is weird and the form for me to fill out my billing address was broken. I think the policy could've been a bit cheaper as well. Very efficient product. Gets the job done fast.

I have had my yoga teacher insurance through Be Yogi for six years now - no complaints. Everything has always been smooth. However, today it took me a long time to get a customer service rep on the phone. I was repeatedly hungup on by the phone system and when I was put on hold, it was for a very long time, and then it'd hangup on me. Took me over 30 min to reach an actual person. Being able to reach a rep in a timely manner carries a heavy score for me - therefore I removed TWO stars for this. Super frustrating today.

I was able to talk to a real person each time I called. No automated operator. No waiting through a long menu. Just real people who answered the phone, answered my questions, and were knowledgeable, and helpful.

As a student in a 200 YTT course the price was definitely right! The website was well-laid out with very comprehensive information and no pressure to purchase. Enrolling took less than five minutes and I received my certificate of insurance immediately. I would highly recommend BeYogi to other people.
