I had made a mistake on the on-line application with an address and was easily able to have my mistake corrected by a knowledgeable phone representative. She answered my call and kindly and efficiently took care of the problem, then followed up by e-mailing me my insurance policies (separate ones for additional insured). Very positive experience.
