United States | 05 January 2023I was really looking forward to switching my insurance to BeYogi as they cover recorded classes. However, my customer service experience with BeYogi has been extremely disappointing. First off, when I clicked on a link for BeYogi FAQs it said, “Whoops! Page not found”. Regardless, I was ready to sign up online and entered in a discount code that said it was accepted and would be updated on step 3 (after payment). That made me nervous, so I did an online chat with Audrey who said the discount code was no longer active, but since it was showing up as “applied” on the website, she gave me a phone number to reach out to her unnamed colleague that could help me get the code. I called that number multiple times on 2 different weekdays and if you don’t have a person’s name to enter into the automated system, it says to hold for an associate and then it disconnects 2 seconds later. I filled out the contact us form online on their website and never heard back. I tried again 5 days later to fill out the contact us from and it said it wasn’t working and to try again later. Then I sent an email and never heard back. Finally, I called and was told the discount code was expired and that they could not honor it – even though I sent in the chat transcript that showed where Audrey had said to call her colleague to get the code. If it’s this hard as a new customer to get assistance, I can only imagine what it would be like if there was actually a claim that occurred. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise and a message that I should stay with my current insurance provider.

United States | 04 January 2023I have yet to use their insurance for actual claims, however, I feel well covered and confident in my choice to become a member. What I have used is their member benefits multiple times. I appreciate the added bonuses, especially being a yoga instructor and small studio owner.

United States | 07 December 2022Overall experience is very good. However at Log in, it would be immensely helpful: Username SHOULD say Member id. Stating username (which is Member Id) OR password is incorrect makes it frustrating to log in. If Member id is incorrect, state Member id. If Password is incorrect, state Password.
