Do not buy this company is TRASH. Scammmmm I ordered and cancelled on a matter of an hour and they are still trying to charge me a $100 because the doctor. No doctor should have even touched this cause it was outside their business hours. They wanted 4 days to reply to the cancellation email. But I have my bank on it and a stop payment and I reported to the BBB.

I was little worried about using them and getting ripped off. Man was I wrong very affordable very easy. Placed order 2-3 days later they overnighted my meds. Very much worth it. 2 weeks in 14.5 lbs lost.

I’ve been ordering terzepatide from Citizen Meds for several months now, and have been very pleased with the product and their service. Shipments arrive quickly and in good condition. When I have questions I email customer service and receive a prompt and courteous response.

I didn’t feel any appetite suppression like I did with IVYRX. I’m convinced it’s just b12 and water tbh. Do not buy! It is not potent. The formula is badly made. I didn’t even really feel the effects of the b12. I tried many b12 shots. Nothing from this place works. And for how much you’re paying, it is like a scam. The experience was pretty good. I paid for next day shipping, but it was sent using 2-day shipping. I reached out to customer service and they immediately refunded me the difference.

I am on week 2 of my terzepatide. I purchased 2 mths supply. I’m about to give my self the second injection today which is 0.05ml or 50 units according to the packaging and instructions. Last week I did 50 units, today the syringe only fills to 40units. Both bottles are the same amount, so you have sent not even enough for the second week dosage. I have just also used the syringe to check the second bottle and that bottle also only gives a total of 80 units show. How can I inject 50 units once per week when vial 1 had a total of 90 units and vial 2 a total of 80 units? Super disappointing, how can a pharmacy send completely wrong amount of units/ml? I also emailed info@citizen meds on Jan 23rd asking a question about the instructions, no response. And no response from my email with this concern on. So I’ve paid for 2 mths and really I will get 3 weeks of injections out of the 2 vials. Sad thing is, I actually feel the meds start to work, so while it’s good, I paid for 2 months not 3 weeks with. If I could post photos here I would. I sent them all on the email with proof showing the units in the bottle and vial for both vials. I would actually use them again, dispute the mix up, but no one answers emails.

Giving a two-star review because I still hope that my 7.5 mg dose tirzepatide from CitizenMeds will work. I switched from another provider to them due to medication price. However, I have no progress with weight loss after getting 5 mg first, use it for two weeks, and not seeing results ordering a 7.5 mg dose (still nothing). I guess you get what you pay for. Also, the shipments contain multiple vials of 10 ml each. It makes it challenging to draw medication of higher dosages since more than one vial have to be used to fill a syringe.

Ordered, received 1st month glo 1 still waiting on month #2. I have reached out twice informing them it's not received. Not sure what's going on. Will update my review if they follow up. This product needs to be regularly administered or it's not effective. I hope to hear from them soon

Do not order from this company. I had canceled two orders online, which showed canceled. Four days later I received two packages. I logged into my account, and noticed this company reinstated my canceled orders without my consent, and charged my debit card over $500. I emailed the company, and they said they only way to cancels a order was email only. I replied; with I canceled my orders online with the option to cancel my orders. They are a joke! I would never order from them cause if you plan to cancel your order to not be charged they will charge you for your canceled order regardless.

We placed an order and paid several days ago. We received an email the order was received but have heard nothing since. We sent an email and haven’t heard back!
