Process of signing up was quick and easy. Product arrived fast and was packaged so that product was cold. I was a bit concerned when I put the liquid in a syringe- product was red! Tried contacting Citizen to make sure the color was acceptable but was unable to get thru.

Four days ago, I wrote a review about the services of CITIZEN MEDS complaining about a shortage of medication. By this same way I wish to apologize as was my mistake, I did not understand the instruction and waisted the medication. However, I will highly recommend contacting the customer as soon is noon the medication has been delivered.

Awesome and honest

I didn't receive enough medication. I called the number, and it was just a person's voice saying, "Leave a message. " I also sent an email, but it came back as not found. I've looked at the website but there is no customer support. I'm not sure how else to reach them. Was I scammed out of hundreds of dollars?

This was my first foray into compound tirzepatide. I have been on MJ and Zep since Sept of 2022 and decided to finally try a compound after much research. The process with Citizen Meds was seamless. The meds arrived quickly and well-packaged. I have had fewer side effects with this compound than I did with the name brand products, as promised with the enhancement of B12 and Glycine. Easy communications via email and chat. Still losing/maintaining at the same rate as the formerly mentioned meds.

Mi nombre no es Enrique el es mi esposo pero aparece asi por la cuenta.Estoy un poco preocupada, al principio inicie con la dosis mínima de tirzepatide+vitamina B12 y el liquido era transparente y al final he bajado 10 libras en un mes, pero hoy que inicio mi dosis de 5mg veo que ambos frascos el liquido son color rojo, leí por aquí otra persona que escribió lo mismo y el laboratorio respondió que es por la vitamina B12 tiene lógica pero mi pregunta es porque si la dosis inicial también contenía vitamina B12 más tirzepatide porque no era rosa y en cambio era liquido incoloro??? Por favor denme una respuesta porque me da temor inyectar algo que perjudique mi salud, yo antes de iniciar este tratamiento me hice los exámenes de rigor con un endocrinólogo y me dio vía libre para el uso, pero ahora temo por el producto en si. Espero su respuesta

Yes shipping was fast. I am bit concerning how the bottles were labeled, the product was labeled from citizen meds and not a pharmacy. And how there is almost zero information about this company anywhere online. Except for a lawsuit about the pharmacy they use for unethical/immortal practices. I've gotten semiglutide from a few different doctors all from reputable compounding companies. All giving me an appetite reduction by week 3-4. I feel absolutely nothing with these injections. Almost more hungry. Zero weight loss. I plan on getting the remaining vials tested to see if this was actually semiglutide and not just water.
