Amazing how dealing with some NHS professionals can be so frustrating and stressful yet having phoned Nellie to request a mental health capacity assessment for my very old and frail mother, a video appointment was booked within the hour. I think this is unprofessional, I had a Mental Health capacity accessement Nellie Support the accessor spent about 10 minutes and she answered more than the questions were asked and when I have received the report I did not believed what she does into my report and she forget I was recorded if you want wasting your time go for it otherwise go look for better, a acessor was Mandy Davies. but not for me

Our assessor, Seanne Boyer visited my brother at his home, arriving at the appointed time after driving a long way that morning. Seanne was very professional in her manner, polite and friendly and spoke to my brother very kindly. Her assessment was carried out thoroughly and she provided us with very detailed written reports within one week of her visit.
