Had the pleasure of having Seanne from Nellie Supports coming to conduct a mental capacity assessment of me as I am unfortunately disabled due to severe stroke I had in 2022 and was undergoing legal proceeding where my mental capacity was at risk of being challenged. Excellent service! Mental capacity assessment was required urgently for the sale and purchase of my father in laws home. He has dementia and as his power of attorney I began enquiries by email to Nellie Support on the Wednesday. Assessment was completed on the Friday via video call, this is really easy to do (if you can email them you can do this). No zoom or apps required, just a smart phone, laptop etc I used an iPad.
