United States | 23 February 2019Incommunicative I had submitted an online query regarding a minibus hire for a company event. I never heard back, so I called the customer service line. The representative just answered "Hello?" without identifying the company, so I wasn't even sure I had the right number. I told him we needed to get a quote. He had to look in their email trash to find the email that had been sent to me, which I never received initially, which provided the quote. This poor experience in just obtaining a quote does not make me feel very confident about using this service.

I don't encourage you to do it , but the manager was able to accommodate my last minute requests in a heartbeat or replying to my emails even on weekends. I am more than satisfied with their service, but also impressed! I would recommend you to contact them with no hesitation. John SHAJI is very professional and the BEST! I've emailed twice and called 3 times to the northern california line- It makes you nervous to book transportation for a wedding if you can never get a hold of anyone! It's like a ghost company. But somehow I keep getting auto emails to review the service! So here you go

United States | 12 October 2018This is the absolute most incompetent business I've ever experienced. Registered in the US but very clearly ran out of India, staff can barely, barely read in english, and can barely speak it. 2 weeks before our coach was scheduled, they failed to answer the simplest of questions. They told us they had reserved 2 busses for us when we only needed 1 (we never asked for 2). We told them to confirm our reservation with 1 bus and send a new contract. They would not pick up or respond to emails for over a week. After finally getting someone on the phone the Tuesday before a Sunday event, they said we had no bus or coach reserved at all but were working to get us one mini-bus or school bus for our event. They said they would call or email that day and confirm. They never did, and after 3 days, dozens of calls unanswered and several emails, we thought we had no bus service scheduled to take guests to our wedding, so we had to make other arrangements. We have tried several times to confirm cancellation, and they will not respond. The guys involved in this business are low-life scum of the earth, and should not be in business. Glad I recorded all calls with them and emails, looking forward to processing the chargeback if they try to charge my card. Don't do business with these scam artists.

United States | 09 October 2018Nobody that I talked to had even a basic understanding of English. They confused very simple common names and basic directions. Their first invoice listed an acceptable price but their second was absurdly overpriced. The reason for the second bill was because, they do not understand basic English. Once the bill arrived, they included over $1,300.00 worth of surprise charges and faulty math. Me and my company will never use this company again.

United States | 20 September 2018I started off calling for a quote, in which I was quoted $890 over the phone. I asked if that included gratuity, and the representative said no. I asked if they could send the quote to my email address, and the rep said yes, but only if I send her the details in writing about my trip (even though I had just gone through everything over the phone). After that, I sent the email with trip details, then had to call back twice to receive the quote via email. I received it about 6 hours after I placed my original phone call. When I received the quote, it was about $400 more than what I was quoted over the phone - and the rep did not tell me that her over the phone didn't include fuel surcharges, additional driver gratuity, an admin fee, etc. I would appreciate when I call to get a quote over the phone that the FULL amount is disclosed. Because there is limited availability elsewhere, I have decided to move forward with the estimate. I have provided my credit card information, but have not received any confirmation or receipt for the transaction. It's been a poor experience so far.

United States | 20 September 2018Prompt Charters provided generally reliable service and helped when they were not able to provide the promised mini-charter bus. The price originally quoted was very good, but then the final charges included an 18% gratuity and a 12% fuel charge which had not been disclosed prior to the contract being tendered. Since we were at a late date to our trip, we were a bit over a barrel. Also, the communication with them has been moderately frustrating because I have not been able to obtain a receipt for the final charges after several requests.

We had to give a credit card with the contract - THEN - they said they would check availability (I thought the contract and credit card were securing the service). The other thing is the cost was very high, but by the point we found out that they did have availability, we were running out of time.

United States | 27 July 2018I booked the mini bus, and the 'Bus' showed up! Our guests thought that it was a great ride and wonderful experience. My only concern was getting the 'Bus' into one of our fields that we needed to get our guests to. Worked out well. Only one hiccup, is our itinerary had a 7:15 am depart hotel, and the bus was dispatched as getting there at 7:15, and was a little lost. Only lost about 20 min, but it all worked out.
