The employers doesn't respond to applications

As an employer, I found the service provided to be helpful. The lady from Vietnam Teaching Jobs communicated clearly and I felt that she was available if I needed any support. Standards of applicants varied, but this is to be expected. I would recommend this platoform to both job seekers and employers.

This platform is very helpfull to all jobseekers. Employers are respectful as well. I'm still looking for a job and hopefully I found one. I also wish that employer should help the employees with regards to the documents to be legal.

Good day friends,I have been using VTJ for some time now since I came to Vietnam to pursue my teaching career. I have also engaged with so many recruiting portals, with which I wasn't comfortable until someone introduced me to Sophie. The agent literally held my hands from quarantine, legal paperwork to the start of working.

2 friends coming from South Africa asked if I could help them find an agent to bring them over to Vietnam. Enter a lady from VTJ. Advertising the job, she used ' support for visa at airport, trc and work permit. No money was requested until she said its near Phong Nha cave and 1200 usd salary. Then a request for 3500 usd. To support your trc,your WP and your hotel and visa at airport. Seriously no support just pay her 3500 usd per person and thats normal. I asked some critical questions, then she stopped the chat. Be careful out there.

I have been using VTJ for a few years since my arrival in Vietnam. They have always been very good with quality teaching jobs postings. With the pandemic, I was surprised to be contacted by Sophie one of their recruiting specialists. She had a job suggestion for me and asked me to submit my documents for consideration.
