I called seeking advice about my need to deter cats and foxes from crossing my garden at night; foxes smelling strongly of fox and cats wearing tinkling bells - both of which are calculated to set my two dogs [asleep indoors] off into paroxisms of barking and whining, waking up my wife and I and the surrounding neighbours. I found out from the helpful proprietor that there was a problem dealing with cats AND foxes as they have different frequency sensitivities to sound; no one currently available deterrent was guaranteed to be capable of scaring off both animal types - though the top-of-the-line model was switchable to Dog/Cat/Fox mode - but not all three at once. I ended up deciding to buy two different types, one for cats and the other for foxes which worked OK for a while - until the marauding animals got used to them and now pass them by with impunity. The moral of this story is that animal deterrent manufacturers make wild claims about the efficacy of their expensive products which in my case ceased to be effective within a week. As an e-vendor, BPC were sincere and helpful but did not warn me that effectiveness of any counter-measures that I bought were likely to be short-lived. Not surprising I guess?

Having had a few bad experiences online shopping recently I was pleasantly surprised at the speed my order was dealt with.

Got our order same week of ordering, trying just one stick in the offending area but too early to confirm if keeping cats away although I can definitely smell the citrus on the sticks so have high hopes. Kept informed of order status so in no doubt as to how things were progressing. Would use again in future.

I purchased a cat deterrent for someone else and talked to the owner of this site first. He was very helpful and professional in not becoming involved with the reason for the purchase but simply kept to what may be the most effective solution. The product arrived very quickly. The whole process was just professional and efficient.

Cat Repellent arrived very promptly. I have only used it for 1 nite so cannot comment on product whether it will work or not.

After speaking with you we did place the 2nd cat deterant in the garden along with the first one adjusting the first one slightly and over the following fews days... we noticed the poo'ing had stopped. After losing our dog in April, a couple of cats have been brave enough to hang around our garden, eyeing up the birds at the feeding area (I do like cats but I don't want them picking off the small birds!). The ultrasonic cat repellant seems to be doing the trick of keeping them away so I'm very pleased with the product. Thank you.
