I ordered from them for the first time and have been emailing every day since as they have received the money for my order but have not confirmed by email when or if they will be sending it as at the end of my order online, "after I had paid", it asked for proof of ID with a photo of driving license or passport.. I do not have either. So has my order gone through or not??? and if not when are you going to refund me ??? UPDATE !! further to your comment I have still NOT received an email from you and will certainly get back here again if I do not receive your refund that you say you have sent. Also why do you not ask for the proof of ID (passport or driving license) before you take the money?
