My first time use of "My Pharmacy". Asking for Dispersible Aspirin 75mg, at any high street pharmacy, would generate questions re "for who", "why", and seek awareness of "my understanding about usage precautions". My other purchases, none relating to my personal need, at any high street pharmacy would have been available "off shelf", put into my basket, taken to the till and no questions asked. In shopping online at My Pharmacy my perception was of a very rigorous "question and answer" session before I could even begin to make my purchases. I shall be pleased to learn of My Pharmacy's "customer participation" protocol; strict necessity? I shall want to use My pharmacy again. In respect of the products that I purchased: Glad to find that all were available; all at acceptable price; truly pleased to have transparent communication and to have anticipation of delivery time fully met; to have robust packaging. Waiting 2 weeks my medicine. Every 2 or 3 day calling. Everytime tell me ,ohh sorry we will send new email for you,because we need more details. Why not call or send a text me? Nobody want wait 2 weeks. Customer service is zero. Never again !
