After 4 days of class its like we have completed a course on baking... I was thinking before, how it will be enough to learn in 4 days...will it be worth..? but truly am telling in bindhu mam advertisement she had told 4 days class/1hr but actually she will be supporting us like a family member throughout the days...to get a teacher like this is really great mam..your fast response to our doubts at anytime..your kind replies for so much of repeated questions. From the class I came to know where i made mistakes before... because I love baking from my school days..learnt from my grandmom but when I try to do it with butter or any manipulation it will be a flop cake so I was very much worried....now everything cleared...the knowledge we gain from you had open our eyes to take next step in life..that much confidence we got from you mam.. Now a days we are wasting money in online shopping for sarees and accessories repeatedly as we have much more Instead if we spend for one time in this course we gain knowledge that will help us for our life.. Thank you so much Bindhu Mam!!! I have baked n number of cakes earlier but every time it will not be the same.. Mostly it will be hard, flat, crumble, rusk texture on top and sides, hard dome on top with large cracks, etc., But now I baked a perfect cake which was really soft and fluffy !! She will create the confidence before getting into this journey and that’s the unique part of her teaching.. I like her crisp and clear explanations about baking.. Most importantly it’s a pleasure to have a class in Tamil !! Worth spending the amount to learn those unique techniques 😊 Still excited to learn a lot from Bindhu Mam!!
