This class helped me to do flop free cake in both OTG and stovetop method I have learned a lot about techniques and ingredients. before the class also I baked but not in proper way of baking after joined the class I baked in proper way !!!! thank you mam for your wonderful teaching ❤️

Excellent class.

I've not baked Seriously befor this class except some attempts of cooker cake in school days. After this class i be baked as per the instruction given by sister Bindhu, and first time its little sodhapified as Iam new to using oven. I made the options wrongly. She found the mistake ,corrected me and Guided to again. In second attempt it came out really well. (I've shared comparative photos below) I never thought baking is such easy before this class. Thank god i found this. Moreover before jumping directly into the practicals she emphasised more on theory and motivated us Strongly that we all can bake. That motivation only drived me to try next time. If I've seen any google videos and tired, I would've stopped doing after my first flop. And the course fee is really affordable by all ,mainly veryyyyyyyy worthy to be paid. Go on with no Hesitation. She's so friendly during class, and explained all our doubts even if its a repeated question,she answered politely. May god bless her. I would surely recommend this class for others, I've already shared about her class in my Fb and Instagram, told my neighbors and relatives about her To choose only sister Bindhu if they're willing to Learn baking. Hi all When I had lot of free time I decided to do something which will be interesting and useful and a joy to do....and the classes by Bindhu maam matched all the above said things perfectly.....first of all she makes us feel comfortable and keeps everything simple ....that doesn't mean she doesn't teach high end stuff...she makes the complicated stuff really simple and gives lots of tricks of the trade .....clear crisp and involved she is.....after the classes I feel that cake baking is a relaxing joyous things...I am contemplating even making this hobby a serious business ..thanks to cakeanum team and Bindhu ma'am..

Each time I bake a cake I would fear if it would turn out good,but now I can bake a cake without a break I never believed tat I could bake a good cake before the class (in myself) I had a gud understanding about baking in the first day Tis isnt the first time I have baked but then my cakes never had a moist texture or either they would sink or flop but then tis course helped me bake a fantabulous cake Tis course was far more gud than I ever expected it to be According to me I would say I have taken back all my money and time tat I invested in tis class and also I have been taken aback by tis class I would say it is bcoz of Bindhu mam tat I benefitted from tis class bcoz she would have been like any other person saying it's just a lil they paid why should I give my whole but she never did tat which I feel very proud about her I would for sure recommend tis class to anyone interested in baking
