Started using Chaos Cards around April this year and spent a small fortune over the months that followed. Every order has been fulfilled in full and all on time, except one order (of about 30 orders), which was next day delivery, got held up by Royal Mail and I was compensated for this. I appreciate the precision, quality and responses whenever I have contacted them. I've bought stuff from their 'damaged' section multiple times, cheaper prices and usually not as badly damaged as stated, a very happy customer indeed.

Chaos Cards saved me with a super fast delivery after another retailer let me down. I got a dispatch email with Royal Mail tracking first thing the next morning the evening after ordering and the item came the following day, well packaged.

I have always received great customer service from Chaos Cards and they are my go to store for games. This is due to a combination of sensible pricing, excellent customer service and safe, but speedy shipping of games. They are also very responsive if there are issues and happy to help where they can.

Purchased numerous times over the last 3 years. Mixed reviews to be honest with a few orders but to be fair they have dealt with all issues professionally and resolved all concerns. Packaging and deliveries have been excellent. Recieved Pre-Order on time and still purchase from them tho this day.

Only buy sets from them, never buy loose boosters from them; bought more than 13 packs of Pokémon from them, not a single one had a holographic; which is ridiculous, the chances of that are around 3.5%, assuming a holographic is 1 in 5 packs (which is already a low probability LMAO) which is crazy!! So this lead me to believe they are resealed, after checking reviews it convinces me even more; however the customer service tells us we are just extremely unlucky, so please avoid them if you're thinking of buying loose boosters. However, if you're buying sealed sets like booster boxes or elite trainer boxes you will definitely have better luck.

Ordered a number of products related to pokemon TCG. 2 of the cardboard card storages ended up damaged in the post. I send a support request and it was answered in less then 5 minutes. Never seen any company respond that fast. All other items where in great condition and arrived super fast and at a awesome price too :)

I've ordered from Chaos Cards a number of times now and every time they've delivered as advertised with no packaging issues. Prices are competitive. I've had to get in touch with customer support in the past due to a system issue but they resolved within hours. Very helpful.

Found exactly what I was after cheaper than anywhere else, free postage and packing and! I got a 10% discount I wasn't expecting but a very welcome surprise. Received my order in several days whilst other companies I've placed orders with still have me waiting. Top notch service, I will be placing another order VERY soon.

All I've had so far is good experiences with this company. Great prices and excellent customer service - they let me pause/amend my order so I didn't have to make a seperate order. Products were good quality, delivered timely and included great packaging. All booster packs were correctly sealed. My one and only small complaint is that you have to spend £20 for free delivery regardless if your only ordering single cards, which sometimes makes it difficult when you just want to purchase something small (especially if your waiting on out of stock cards to come back in, got to make up a whole new £20 order just for a 45p card.)
