First time ordering from here for Lorcana single cards, was all packaged well and was quick delivery. Had plenty of stock online for the fraction of the cost from where I usually order from. What a shock. Recently bought chilling reign elite trainer box. Oh boy to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Out of all the booster packs I got 1 hit a metagoss v (low value). I am aware boxes are randomly selected allegedly. AWFUL!

My previous review was deleted for some reason, so I'm writing one again. These guys have been my go-to games store for years now, and they've never let me down. Great prices, fast dispatch, a decent loyalty programme and stuff always arrives in great shape. They just delivered me a Warhammer: The Old World book after Wayland Games let me down, so super happy. I'd only used Wayland as a one-off as Chaos Cards didn't run a pre-order and stock was known to be tight.

Purchased several items from Chaos over the last few months, all arrived in good time and no damaged packages etc. Competitive prices and a good range of both new and slightly older products. Will certainly be returning for my next Pokémon fix!

Always super impressed with Chaos cards, often worth keeping an eye on their sales as well, definitely worth buying from here rather than Amazon if you can! Delivery is always fast and they are honest with stock levels.

I have purchased from Chaos Cards before, but recently made another purchase. I am always impressed with how quickly the items are dispatched, and how quickly I receive them. They have a massive collection online, and the Yu-Gi-Oh items are excellent value compared to some of their competitors. Very happy with my purchase. Would always use them for Pokemon TCG and Yu-Gi-Oh TCG purchases. My go-to geek shop!

Bought some Boxes of Duellist Nexus, Arrived today fine and packaging looked ok, out of 2 boxes i only pulled 1 secret and 4 ultras, I'm not sure if this is the pull ratio from 2 boxes? but it seemed weird and feels like i was missing cards, i should of paid more attention to the Konami official wrapping, he looked resealed after we looked into this. Will not order from this company ever again.

Not bad but prices could be better. Customer service is OK. Delivery varys a lot. Had several few issues but all in all theyre OK. Single card grading is pretty bad though. Update - since my last order I wont be using them again and dropped my rating. Extremely poor customer service and couldnt care less.

AMAZING STORE! Whilst I can't comment on anything relating to cards they often have a few model kits in, the prices of these are outstanding and the low free shipping cost is an amazing bonus. the model kit I bought recently came well packaged, one part was broken off the runner but this is more than often shippings fault so I can't blame them at all. seriously recommend.

Always end up at Chaos Cards for Pokemon/Yu-Gi-Oh! orders, everything in one place and nice to see what preorders are available. Also if you create an account, you get monthly discount codes on various products which is cool for frequent buyers.

Website is good & had great service , However recent delivery issues are awful. Even with the Promise of "refunded postage if anything delays delivery with swift delivery" , Nothing , Just a standard it's got caught up reply. That's not the point , I'm sure they'll be requesting refunds for delayed next day tracked items that aren't delivered . I understand RM are delayed but maybe change the wording if its not a guarantee.

Really want to give 5 stars but can’t do it in good conscience. They have great stuff and always stocked up, website easy to use and navigate. However, anything you order comes via DX. Takes days, sometimes weeks, sometimes never despite you paying extra for “swift” delivery. They must change their delivery partner. For reference, ordered Monday 7th, still waiting for parcel and DX yet again missed todays delivery window and most likely won’t be arriving today now either.

Thought I'd relive my youth and purchased a Pokémon booster box along with other items necessary to keep them in good condition. The service was faultless. Had a great experience dealing with Chaos Cards, price was very competitive, delivery was on time. Ordered on Wednesday, delivered on Thursday. Will be returning. Thanks guys!

Ordered some TCGs here at the end of July. They said package will be late: apparently they had a store celebration or something. Turns out package arrived faster that expected. No missing items and in good condition. Single cards were sleeved and had top loaders with them. If there's one friendly advice, they need to be a bit better at arranging items. Some TCG boxes arrived upside down and other clumsy placement. Yes it's a minor issue, but something they could work to improve. Overall, I'm a happy customer. Will do business with them again.
