First thing that brought me to your site was the fact that you had so many different thicknesses of mats, which was crucial for me as I needed a specific height. Once there, I lucked into being assigned to Kaitlyn to help me out. I at first thought I needed one thickness, which she had worked up a quote for quickly, but luckily, I re-measured and saved myself because I needed a thinner set. She shrugged off my apology as not being needed, she was here to help, and promptly got me a new quote. The order arrived pretty quickly and I was excited to put it to use. I soon realized I had a bit of a problem, too wordy for here, ask Kaitlyn if interested. She jumped right on it for me, and quickly got a response from the manufacturer, it was not the answer I was hoping for but that was on them, not y'all. So, if you have other reps as good as Kaitlyn, y'all have a good staff. I will happily recommend you to anyone.

I ordered the black entry way rubber tiles. The color of the tile is more brownish then black.

We bought the sport court and the Marley floor to create a dance floor over carpet in a bedroom. I was a little confused how the tiles/corner pieces need to be ordered and a little better explanation on the website would have been helpful. However, after I placed my order one of their representatives contacted me and went over all the details and made the necessary changes to my order before shipping. The floor looks great and my daughter loves it. Highly recommend Great Mats for home dance flooring.

Great quality mats. I like how they velcro together from all sides so you can expand easily if you need more. Surprisingly light weight for the 2 inch thickness, which is great since we don't have a permanent spot to roll, and have to move the mats here and there. The only downside was the freight cost, but I don't think that is avoidable due to the size of these mats. That said, they still shipped very fast. I ordered Sunday night and they were here Friday morning.

Incredibly quick turn time, great product and super support. The floor was easy to lay once I figured out the flat edge pieces. It is cushiony but not so much that it impedes balance and it is thick enough to walk with bike cleats. Can't say enough about the service and product quality.
