Date of Purchase, 5/22/2024 Kaitlyn at Graetmats was very patient and helpfully gave guidance to a nervous shopper not used to making large purchases over the internet. The Fedex delivery was timely as promised, and in very good condition. It was a satisfying shopping experience. The reason for the missing 5th star is that the product's carpeting cover appears not made for heavy traffic/wear. An initial tufting/accumulation of fibers from new tiling of this type, I'm assuming, is acceptable, but mine is showing that there is matting and signs of wear in the access way between rooms, (before the new area was fully set up). This hopefully will stop, because the feel under one's feet, simplicity of application, and gorgeous appearance of the new floor keeps me optimistic. One last point: I have grand kids who are attracted to the comfortable feel of the new flooring, but this initial shedding of fibers has me looking for guidance.

Everything arrived as ordered and as advertised, but the tiles are hard to install the first time because the vinyl is so tight. If you bend one lock out of shape, they become really hard to manage.

I was able to find exactly what I wanted in a crash mat for aerial training. Mats are made to order based on the selected dimensions. The sales reps were very knowledgeable and helpful, and informed me how the mat would be shipped so I knew exactly what to expect. The compressed, vacuum sealed foam pad is packed alongside the vinyl cover. The most challenging part was getting the foam pad inside the vinyl cover.

I called prior to purchasing and they were very helpful answering all my questions. Product arrived very timely. I emailed with additional install questions and got a prompt reply. Product installation was a breeze. Overall, great experience and my daughter loves her new floor.

Everything worked out well. The delivery was fast and the installation was road to be easy,, the use of a rubber mallet is a needed tool to bang them together,, and of course they look great.

The mats are well made and fit together easily. We got them for our barn to eliminate dust, and it’s working out very well. Much healthier and cleaner environment for me and my horses.

The mats are great and the price too however, the shipping charges were outrageous for 3 not so heavy boxes that I lifted very easily from the small FedEx truck delivery person (and I'm a girl). It was over $100 for shipping supposedly freight but it didn't seem like a freight shipment at all! The mats are very light but nice and thick and sturdy and easy to put together.

The tiles were great, easy to install even though a few irregular shaped cuts became brain teasers. They look great, I'm excited to have them.

I think a person should know that the tiles are slippery & it’s expensive to ship back .My daughter said mom you shouldn’t get these, they are too slippery. I paid over $73.00 for shipping& with the charge of 25% I pretty much paid for something I could never use😢😒☹️
