Delivery delays

We needed 6 more planks to finish our floor. It was easy to order, and it was a fast turnaround from order time to delivery.

Did a grea job from order to shipment received. This is the 2nd batch of 4x8-1/2 rubber plates that i have order from you.

Greatmats not so great company. Company sold me a product with defects that they know of. When I addressed it to them and wanted to replace the defective pieces they told me that it will be at my expense. They want me to pay for return shipping and charge me a stocking fee. So basically they sold me a defective item and wants me to pay to return it. Very unethical practices and customers should be aware and stay away from this company for their false advertisement and horrible return policy. Highly do not recommend.

Product was delivered fast. This mat is the real deal not like ones you get at Dick’s.

You shorted my order and did not communicate anything about it. Just sent it.

Customer service was great! Mats seem to be great quality though we haven't had them very long. It would be nice if there was a way to order online for tax exempt orders, but the people I talked with were friendly and helpful.

Quality Product and fast shipping!

The customer service in regards to ordering, follow up shipping and final product received was exceptional for even the smallest order.

The tiles came quickly. Unfortunately one box of tiles that was shipped were the wrong tiles. I called and the tiles were replaced and a shipping label sent to return the wrong box.

The response time from my request of pricing, ordering to delivery was great! Staff were very knowledgeable too. The quality of flooring is very good too.

So far, so good. I haven’t had time put install the mats, so not really ready to review.
