Ordering is very easy and shipping is quick.

The mats came in a matter of days which was wonderful! However, I measured precisely for my space and unfortunately, the precut sections were not cut evenly or true which caused quite a bit more rippling at the seams than I wanted. I laid the mats out overnight as the instructions stated (to allow them to flatten) however, the material is so thick that the process to flatten needed more than just one night. The tape is wonderful to work with but I wish the rep had suggested I buy a 3rd roll to have on hand for overlapping trouble spots and for future repairs. I'll need to order the special floor cleaner as well. Overall, the floor is doing what I need it to do and providing a great working surface for my musical theatre students - which includes tap dancing! I would purchase from Great Mats again - but would be more experienced the next time around.

Appsolultly outstanding company to deal with.

We called the customer service number for guidance on which end pieces to buy since the website language is very misleading. We ordered the pieces that the customer service person advised, and when they arrived we found out she had told us to buy the wrong ones. We called again and told them about the situation, and they told us we needed to pay for shipping the wrong pieces back and also pay shipping for the correct ones. The shipping cost for these mats is extremely expensive. It's a shame we had this bad experience since the mats are very good quality.

I like the mats and it’s a good price. I dislike that they advertise as being in stock while they are not. It took a month to get the delivery because they were not in stock.

Great product, lightning fast shipping.

The mats arrived within four weeks of ordering, which was well ahead of the expected time. Each 42-foot mat came in two pieces, with each piece weighing 125 pounds, so we did not need a loading dock to unload them. I would order again from greatmats in a heartbeat.

The packing of the mats, and the delivery was done well with no damage. The products are great too.

What a pleasant experience! When preparing for a boat show, deadlines are critical. I called to confirm that there would be enough product in order to not have a catastrophe, and was assured that I would receive my order well in advance of the date I needed it. Within days of placing the order a FedEx truck dropped everything off!

No consistency of patio tile colors from year to year, especially with the terra cotta. Draconian return policy placing onus on buyer for return postage and absurd ‘restocking” fees of 10-25%. Highly recommend getting samples of recently produced products to confirm color so as to avoid disappointment. I assumed the color of terra cotta would be the same as a few years ago. Not so, and would question their quality control standards.

I covered my third room in the basement using a different color than in rooms #1 and #2. But I estimated wrong and needed six more tiles. They arrived in just a few days and my project work was not delayed at all. Thanks for meeting my expectations again!

Staff was amazing to work with, I love the human to human interaction. Even with a little shipping mishap, the company took care of me and made it right. I love how this product has transformed my ugly tile in my rental and makes me happy it’s easy to install and uninstall. No complaints after several years

Great customer service. I had several questions, and they were nice, clear, and efficient. Sales reps all spoke English well and no wait time. Much better than their competitor, which I ended up not ordering from. Mats were delivered promptly, clean, and good product.

Fantastic product. I ordered the carpet tiles and they look great. Easy to install. Ordering was easy. Customer was helpful in determining how much to order which right on the money. Again, love this product.

The mats came in very good shape. The driver delivered right to our lot and we were able to lay them out same day. Our students are enjoying them!
