Mat that I ordered was just what I wanted; firm with a fantastic heavy durable covering. Sewn well around the edges, would have liked to seen double stitching.

Customer service is amazing! We had two mats that were thinner than the rest. Customer service replaced them immediately.

I was able to talk with someone and get my order correct. Then they delivered on time. The only issue was the delivery window was wide. The good news was that they arrived at the beginning of the window so it did not pose a problem.

Everything went well (or so I thought) until I went to install my mats and realized that I had one extra mat. I looked back at all the quotes and saw that the quantity went from 4 to 5 on the last quote when I also asked for a washstall mat to also be added. I don't think this was done intentionally, and I missed it with the addition of the washstall mat. But I now have a mat that I don't need and will not be able to recoup the full cost even if I go through the hassle of trying to resell it (as Jake recommended).

The order was fulfilled promptly and order status was communicated throughout the process.

Very happy with our new 3/8" rubber flooring. The product looks great and was easy to install. The only extra work we had was some cutting to fit and then sealing the seams. The floor was ready for use within 48 hours. The one issue we had was with the delivery. The freight company was a full day late in delivering and there was no communication from their end. I had to call their customer service multiple times to get any updates and was told, "I can't reach anyone at the terminal, so I don't know.", or "Sorry, I just schedule the trucks, so I don't know." Frustrating because we had scheduled staff to help unload and assist with the install.

Mats were shipped on time and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

These mats are well made and arrived well packaged. We like that they come vacummn sealed it makes it easier to send one to one of our other locations before it is opened.

Disappointing quality control - we ordered mats for our playroom. Despite ordering all in one batch there is noticeable variation in height between boxes. Customer service says +/- 1 mm is expected. This is quite noticeable when laid down and ends up looking fairly unfinished. The company sent us some extra tiles we had to use to switch out the biggest outliers but required us to pay shipping, it was a lot of work, and the final product still looks not so great. I wish I had gone with a different company but paid too much for shipping to start with.

We are very pleased with the quality of the mats we ordered. We will be ordering more.
