Firstly, very good application, secondly, from the first reservation a personal assistant will be appointed to you that will be a real person ( not chat bot!) , very polite and professional,he will support you during all process from the buying the tickets, available 24/7,will communicate with ferry company in case of there is a need. Additionally, I would like to emphasize the honesty and real client loyalty! I was faced with a necessary to change a trip, partially due to the changes of vessel,bu I was fully reimbursed, in spite of last minute decision. I would like to express my gratitude for human and really professional support and help!

We've booked Greek ferries through the Greekferries Club service several times already, but this time, they beat all the records 😄. Reason: I've booked the forward trip on the wrong day, and have noticed this several weeks after the booking was done. Through a simple mail exchange, the Greekferries expert Elisa Zoccolan fixed my error quickly, by rebooking this trip for a very low change fee - relief!

We were able to communicatie in Dutch with the Ferrie expert Josephine Vooren. She was a great help for us, finding a place on the ferrie from Patras to Bari with the Camping on Board facillity.

Third year we book through this agency and we enjoy their professionalism!Made small mistake through the booking and they immediately helped us to correct it.Highly recommended!

Booking was easier than seperate ferry companies and it all went through quickly. Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking due to illness. I was worried there would be a language barrier but this was not the case. Customer service could not have been more helpful. They replied quickly and bent over backwards to help us. In the end we got a refund and we are 100% happy with this decision.
