I've paid for an order but initial promises of dates for delivery have come and gone. getting no response to emails and not answering phones

Glass and Stainless - excellent work by Richard and the team who could not have been more helpful throughout the project. G and S designed and installed Crittal Doors to the ground floor of our house which look brilliant and are a real feature whilst also retro fitting two sets of shower doors upstairs each requiring a lot of thought to get right. Really good work all round and the fitters were a pleasure to have on site.

Excellent service, the glass arrived within 3-4 days within ordering even though I ordered custom sizes. The delivery driver was very helpful. I had a query and the telephone service was excellent. I haven't fit the glass yet but it is all in one piece and I presume it measures what I ordered. So far will definitely recommend and great value for money.

Very helpful and gave us lots of good advice, prior to and during order. Gareth responded quickly to any queries. We would have liked a bit more information in the pack with the posts for those of us who had not installed a balcony before.

We just had our glass delivered. Would like to express what a lovely driver, we live at a back lane which in some places can be tight. Your driver made no fuss in getting down the lane he was polite and friendly I’m only sorry I did not have any money on me to drop him a drink. He’s a credit to your company. I would also like to express how fast and efficient the process was in ordering the glass online. We would defiantly recommend you to friends and family.

Used for the 1st time and great customer service. My existing suppliers were always letting me down upping the price without notification. I was contacted by G and S to give them a chance. Same price but far quicker service.

Was looking for 10mm toughened glass for balustrade. 9 panels in all. I gave Gareth measurements from bottom of post to bottom of post, he made adjustments for clamps and took 75mm off the 1100mm posts for the gap at the bottom. I learnt a lot, it gave me the confidence to correctly measure out the shaped piece for the steps. It arrived today and is now all fitted and looks great. Thanks to Gareth & John
