Never sent the product I ordered. Refunded my money and didn't follow up, or call to confirm or ask anything.

The ordering process was simple. Lines where bust, left my number got a call back and rep was very nice. So far , all good.

Great service. I received my order in less than a week. This is my 3rd order and I really like the product.

I received Dermal Repair Complex in a somewhat battered state. The clear plastic containers were not holding the jars securely, but more worrying the jars were very warm to the touch! I poked a digital thermometer through the inner seal of the jar and the temperature rose to 94.8 degrees Fahrenheit!! And that was after sitting in my cool kitchen for approximately ten minutes. It states clearly on the jars to “ Store in cool dry place “ not certain if this product is viable now.

All expectations met.

I contacted customer service & they were Soo very helpful. Courteous & Polite!!! ThankyoU for solving my problem!

I am so angry and disappointed with this company that I can barely see straight.Unfortunately recently I landed in a skilled facility and was there for 75 days. I have some product that I would like to return, but I have missed the 60 day return window. In view of all of the product that I have purchased from them and had never returned any of it, I thought that they would make an exception. They are willing to refund 40%only. That sucks! I had just recently purchased 4 jars of eye cream, lip booster and 3 bottles of Dermal Repair Complex. The order for my favorite produc evidently didn’t’t go through. I really do not like the new eye cream at all so I had better get it returned really soon! Even though I verbally placed the order again for the Dermal Repair Complex, I have no idea if it will ship or not. I feel that considering the amount of money that I have spent with them and the fact that I had never before asked to return a thing, they could have made an exception, The product is completely sealed and is not close to expiration. I have been happy with about half of the products that I have ordered from them.

I am very happy with the products. 4 stars because it is annoying to get all those offers thrown at me after I fill out a purchase; however I realize it is a successful marketing tool or you wouldn't do it, and I sometimes succumb if the offer is cheap enough.

I've used 3 jars of the Dermal Repair Complex and I do notice an improvement in my skin. Just ordered 3 more...

I was skeptical of the supplement, but after not takin it for a while, I have decided it was helpful and so ordered it again. The website is not as objectionable as before but it still annoys with the constant demands to add more to your order. It is too easy to do so accidentally.

I am very happy with the products dermal repair and the eye cream have reordered.

With all that I have read from customers reviews I am sure that it will be 5 stars.

Website is friendly and the product is shipped quickly.
