I used the eyebrow product and was confused that it was so dry. I bought another 3 trying not to give up. The first one was also dry. I thought that was how it was supposed to be. When I began to use another one, it was very wet. So that's how it is supposed to be and I just didn't know it. Now I am ordering just one to see what happens. If it's dry, I will know to return it.

Dr. Layke and Dr. Danielpour give all of the background information on the key ingredients of each product and what each one does. They stay up to speed on current research. They are always running great promotions, such as reduced prices if you purchase more than 1, and extremely reduced prices as "bonus buys" after you've made your purchase but haven't logged out. Plus they have additional deals through email (once they had a 50% off everything sale!), as well as VIP pricing for joining their email list and becoming a member. You also get points for every purchase, which you can then apply to future purchases. With all of these ways to save, I actually end up spending the same that I would spend on my old products, which don't work at all compared to these. All in all, very effective marketing, where everyone wins. BHMD knows what they're doing when it comes to formulating fantastic products that make you look and feel younger. They also know what they're doing when it comes to getting those products to you, at a price you can manage. I'm a lifetime customer! Thank you BHMD!

I had ordered 2 of their eye serums. Only one of them came and I’ve been emailing them, trying to chat with them for a while now and there has been zero response! So disappointing.

The product I like most is the thick and full brow. before I used this product I almost don't have anymore eyebrow. And thanks to the Thick and Brow Enhancing Serum, I have eyebrows again. I don't have to apply eyebrow pencil unless I want my eyebrows thicker. BTW- I just received my 3rd reorder of 2

Quick to ship, but I’m sure you could look into getting costs a bit lower, a glass jar must cost more than the plastic ones or a small pill bottle size. The cost will prevent me from buying again.

My issue was promptly resolved

I recently purchased the deep wrinkle filler for $125. I wanted to love it. I have been using the filler, but it doesn't seem to help the wrinkles any better than MUCH cheaper filler purchased at the local drugstore. I'm so disappointed! I even tried using the filler before AND after applying my foundation. It doesn't soften the wrinkles at all. After reading the positive reviews, I was so excited to give this filler a try, but it isn't working for me. I can't believe that I paid over $100 for something that doesn't work.

Delivery was prompt.

For some reason my order was cancelled and I have not received any reason why.

I like the explanatory video but when trying to complete the order there are too many upselling screen prior to checkout.

I cancelled this order right away after reading being on HRT was not a good idea to mix with Saw Palmeto. Not surew they received theemail or if they hace cancelled the orede as I have not received a response to my email.

I love the product I bought but many of them are too expensive for me. I'd buy them all if I could!!
