Great build quality and shipping execution. I bought Turborocks React and had it delivered internationally in record time. The unit was pre-assembled, so there was absolutely nothing to install on arrival. Shipping cost was $$$ - my only regret. The React is sturdy, so I can lift the whole unit easily for stow away. The for-aft movement as well as sideways rocker are flawless so far. No gimmick, this rocker adds pronounced realism to the ride.

Great experience! I just bought my TurboRocks DIY BUILD KIT FOR ROCKER PLATE. Before ordering I asked to Steve some question and the feddback was satisfactory. The kit arrived quickly after ordering. Packaging ok. I paid the custom (I'm in Italy) and I warned Steve just for information: I got the refound. Wonderful. Instuctions available. I'm building my plates now! Highly recommend the Turbo Rocks products!

Exceedingly responsive to email questions and very quick turn around on my order - placed on Wednesday, arrived on Friday -very well packed and protected and already assembled. All that needed doing was to inflate the cushions a little. The rocker is beautifully engineered with a very smooth fore and aft action and a good amount of roll, I can certainly feel my core being much more involved than when using the trainer on the floor. There is a certain amount of fine tuning to be done but it makes a ride more realistic, more comfortable and less of a chore. I would have no hesitation in recommending the product and the company.

So far so good was a little disappointed I have no forward and aft movement. But probably a missunderstanding when ordering

Bought the Realplate React several months ago, right after we had 5 days of rain! Delivery to the U.S. was very quick - about a week. Of course, after it arrived and I got it set up, the weather improved and I haven't used it very much, but the experience has been great. I use with a Wahoo Kickr and Fulgaz. Although I didn't have a smart trainer before, I knew I wanted a rocker platform with fore and aft movement. I shopped around online and found that the Realplate React was the best quality for the lowest price. Setup was a little difficult with limited access to tighten the U-bolts between the top and bottom boards, but Steve gave good suggestions to let me get it done. As others have said, getting on and off the bike is a little tenuous because it's so high, so if you're handy with carpentry, you might build a platform to assist. I've tried to find something pre-made online, but haven't been able to locate anything with the right dimensions at a reasonable price.

Great product, great purchasing experience! I just bought my TurboRocks for delivery to my home in Canada. The unit arrived at my house within a week of the day it was ordered. It was very well wrapped and very easy to set up. Needed to tinker with the two bladder pressures for approximately one half hour to get the set up perfectly tuned to my initial needs. Will probably soften the ride as I get used to it, which I now believe will eve a much shorter adaptation period than initially expected. Love the more natural feel of both the side to side and forward movement. I am very pleased it relieves a lot of pressure from my sensitive parts and also my full carbon frame. Both will definitely pay off in the longer run. Well designed and also pretty to look at. My youngest son thought it looked like a guitar. Lol!!!

Do your research first. The price of a good rocker plate varies enormously. While on sale, the turborocks is a no brainer. It arrived extremely well wrapped and protected yet ultra easy to unwrap and install. In use the first time I did a ride of 40km and while it felt a little unusual at first I soon settled in for the more comfortable ride than without the turborocks. Now some km down the road and having used it for a number of rides I can honestly say that I'd never go back to just a static trainer. Definitely recommend.
