I won't get my CCTV equipment anywhere else now as the quality, price and customer service is spot on. United Kingdom | 06 June 2018Bought camera through Amazon. Sent it back for refund, unused and in original pristine condition, as not happy with quality. They replied by saying the camera serial number I sent back was different and claimed I sent back wrong camera and offered me a refund less 40%, a penalty they claimed complied with Amazon market seller policy (untrue) As a company they keep a record of the serial number of products they sell, against the buyers details and address. I said, as they offered me a partial refund they must have sold the 'wrong' camera and as such they would know the buyer, their address and date of purchase [see Footnote]. This would highlight the nonsense that I somehow had this 'wrong' camera and tried to fleece them by sending it to them for a refund I submitted a claim against Amazon A to Z purchase guarantee and they issued a full refund on basis that camera I returned was the same one they sent to me. They even went as far as to send me photos of this 'wrong' camera and a camera they claimed was a photo of the "original' camera they sent. (though the photo did not show the serial number, unlike the photo that did for the 'wrong' camera). I pointed out that the EXIF-Data embedded in the photos showed all had taken on the same date as the email they sent when I complained they had not sorted out a refund and Royal Mail tracking said they had it for a week. I still lost out in this process, as I had to pay the return postage, but I hope they lose more than that £ as a consequence of this review and the company review posted on amazon.co.uk If CCTV Global London Ltd seek to dispute this review, I will consider disclosing the email correspondence and attachments they sent me to prove my case further. This was the most bizarre online shopping experience I have ever had. **Footnote This practice may be illegal, as the ICO guidelines, Data Protection and GDPR require my consent or be informed of recording my personal data (name, street address and email address) and associate it to purchase of a specific product serial number. Will be complaining to the ICO.

Had 4MP poe camera's which have given outstanding quality in day and night modes and every time I have requested a little help cctv global have always responded promptly with helpful advice. Come highly recommend for a very high quality & very fair priced system.

One camera did fail after 7 months of use but they replaced without hassle. I would have no reservations with recommending this company, in fact I have, resulting in family and friends making purchases.
