This is the Best place to get your Cctv cameras/ security equipment anything goes wrong ie forget ur password can’t view ur house from afar etc there on hand to help ,no trouble at all for them Especially one person his name is his is Johnny he helped me so much if that was me in his place I probably would’ve given up with the person on the other end of the phone but help he persevered with me solve all my problems very big thank you to him he’s a credit to the company

Bought camera through Amazon. Sent it back for refund, unused and in original pristine condition, as not happy with quality. They replied by saying the camera serial number I sent back was different and claimed I sent back wrong camera and offered me a refund less 40%, a penalty they claimed complied with Amazon market seller policy (untrue) As a company they keep a record of the serial number of products they sell, against the buyers details and address. I said, as they offered me a partial refund they must have sold the 'wrong' camera and as such they would know the buyer, their address and date of purchase [see Footnote]. This would highlight the nonsense that I somehow had this 'wrong' camera and tried to fleece them by sending it to them for a refund I submitted a claim against Amazon A to Z purchase guarantee and they issued a full refund on basis that camera I returned was the same one they sent to me. They even went as far as to send me photos of this 'wrong' camera and a camera they claimed was a photo of the "original' camera they sent. (though the photo did not show the serial number, unlike the photo that did for the 'wrong' camera). I pointed out that the EXIF-Data embedded in the photos showed all had taken on the same date as the email they sent when I complained they had not sorted out a refund and Royal Mail tracking said they had it for a week. I still lost out in this process, as I had to pay the return postage, but I hope they lose more than that £ as a consequence of this review and the company review posted on amazon.co.uk If CCTV Global London Ltd seek to dispute this review, I will consider disclosing the email correspondence and attachments they sent me to prove my case further. This was the most bizarre online shopping experience I have ever had. **Footnote This practice may be illegal, as the ICO guidelines, Data Protection and GDPR require my consent or be informed of recording my personal data (name, street address and email address) and associate it to purchase of a specific product serial number. Will be complaining to the ICO.

My initial installation some 3 years ago was first-rate and a follow-up to re-site the main console was handled very professionally and promptly. just had all the batteries replaced and more fobs supplied. I did a lot of research on camera's & companies before I made my purchase, I didn't want a basic cheap system from a large electric retailer which is why I went with cctv global. Had 4MP poe camera's which have given outstanding quality in day and night modes and every time I have requested a little help cctv global have always responded promptly with helpful advice. Come highly recommend for a very high quality & very fair priced system.

A most exellent company. I have bought two setups from them and taken one ot them to South Africa to get the latest quality. If I have had any problems in setting up, an e-mail or a telephone call to them gets an immediate answer. Some items are slightly cheaper if you shop around a lot but overall has very competitive prices. Very helpful on the phone. Prompt replies to emails. One camera did fail after 7 months of use but they replaced without hassle. I would have no reservations with recommending this company, in fact I have, resulting in family and friends making purchases.

We had a camera system fitted by CCTV Global. Our premises presented some challenges to the guys but these were easily overcome, and they quickly and professionally installed some of the latest equipment for a very competitive price. The whole experience was made so easy with clear communication and excellent customer service. The after care has also been second to none, and we have always been able to get answers over the phone, or an engineer over to us very promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend CCTV Global, and have done on many occasions.
