I have purchased two CCTV systems from Cctv Global. Both systems were exactly as they had promised and arrived promptly. I called their office and the gentleman at the other end sent me a detailed email on how to install the system DIY. I had to call back as I was stuck on the remote viewing and to my surprise they again helped me by walking me through the process. I have recently changed the router in our premises and this being more than a year since I purchased the original systems, on calling their offices, I was helped again to set the port forwarding in order to view the CCTV remotely. I am a reasonable DIYer and wanted to install security cameras at my home. After searching the internet and visiting the leading electrical stores, I chose CCTV Global as my supplier. I found its website clearly laid out with good bundled options, and the prices were competitive. Being new to CCTV, I posed a significant number of technical questions to the CCTV Global team prior to placing my order. All questions were answered promptly and clearly. I ordered four cameras type TR21TAC12V60, and a DVR type DS-7204HQHIF. The kit arrived well packed in just a few days and I was impressed by the quality, the cameras being larger and far more robust than many I had seen in the electrical stores. I installed everything early in December 2016. It proved to be a straightforward exercise and the system was up and running in no time. Tip: use mounting boxes type DPBTR12V60 to mount the cameras on an outside wall – worth their weight in gold! The system has now been in operation for nearly three months and I am very pleased with the image quality and the functionality of the DVR. As I have become more acquainted with the DVR, I have been back to CCTV Global with a number of technical questions, again all being answered promptly and clearly – special thanks to Iain here for his support. I have been extremely pleased with CCTV Global and have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential purchasers.

This was a bit of a leap in the dark for me, since I'd never had to purchase or install CCTV equipment before. Kept coming back to these guys though during the lengthy process of working out what I needed and where I could get it, because all the info was there on their website and the prices were excellent. Goods came next day and worked just as I'd hoped. Prompt help was on hand when I needed it by email to reset the DVR password. Why go anywhere else?
