Very happy with my Reina colona radiators, ordered them in anthracite, they look amazing and provide a nice contrast in my living room. The Heat output is excellent my plumber said.

Fantastic towel radiator just the look i was after but without the excessive price tag of the other well known brands. Quality great too.

Ordered a heater from Victoriaplum on the 4th of April which was scheduled to arrive on the 10th. Sat at home all day waiting tracker saying will be delivered. Waited form 7am-10pm no sign. Called VP and no further forward someone told me Reina damaged it on loading into the van, then it was delayed by Raina…. This went on all day. They couldn’t give me a decision what was going on either it would be delivered today next week next month. So spent another day waiting. May I add 38weeks pregnant with no heating. Called Reina as they were going to dispatch it and was told due to GDPR could not discuss my order!! Even after confirming my name address and the order number- strange. Anyway, eventually after posting publicly on Trustpilot someone responded (still waiting for my two complaints, numerous phone calls and Instagram message to be addressed- so tip for VP just write on trustpilot. The outcome is that Reina were supposed to dispatch it a the lack of communication, update, when you call they don’t want to discuss, don't want to help is awful. Now we are left to order a new Heater and wait another 6days for delivery. Order with caution as you may not get your heater and the delivery update is still showing scheduled to be delivered on the 10th and you can still order it on the VP website. So yeah it will be a surprise if you get your heater. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Bought 2 butler and role column radiators in 2020, came with a 5 year guarantee. First one had to replace in 2021 and now in 2023 the 2nd one has gone (leaking) very low quality radiators. Contacted only radiators who have stopped working with this supplier ( I wonder why) the very kind gentleman at only radiators is to escalate to Reina as radiators come with a five year guarantee... and boy do you need it !! I'll update this post once I have a response from Reina ** in response** I recommend you look at your in house files as I have received a full refund. It is concerning that you are not aware of this.

Have just had Reina Grace towel rail fitted with programmable thermastat. Can't comment on the proformance as the programming instructions are unreadable, even downloading from Web is unreadable due to images covering crucial text. No problem I thought; just email company. Well don't bother. All you get is an automated blaa blaa blaa response Appalling customer service. I should of read reviews before ordering, that's my fault. Think twice before using this company

We've installed 5 of these radiators to date but have actually purchased about 10 - basically they arrive in one layer of thin cardboard which is almost inevitably bashed, with the radiator and/or valves damaged. I can't for the life of me understand why Reina can't address this issue which has been going on for literally years. We are trying to finish the final room and it's unbelievably frustrating and holding other work up. The rad in question is the Colona.

Further to my review of 31 March 23, this company is an absolute con. I didn’t actually received the refund at all, they kept me dangling: systems change etc but we will be refusing you shortly. I believe they note the date it was purchased and the date the buyer will no longer have the backing of their bank should they claim against them. When that has been and gone, all contact ceases (however if the customer has paid with a credit card, then simply claim against the card company). Big regret is that I did not use a credit card however. Absolutely do not touch this company with a sh…..ty stick . Guaranteed your radiators will leak and your will nearly lose your sanity when dealing with them. I think they actually enjoy the process of spinning it out and emailing lies, because they know what the end result is. Yes I could take them to the county court but other people have done this and got nowhere. Just lost further money.

Absolutely dreadful radiators. I bought four Reina Casina radiators of varying sizes and shape. Three are fine, but the largest one leaks. You may find this difficult to believe but I have been supplied with five, yes five replacements. Each one has leaked after two to three months. I have also received a full refund for the original, plus costs of plumbing subsequent replacements, so up until now I have remained silent since I’ve not lost money. However the latest radiator, fitted late last year, has just started leaking like all its predecessors so finally I’m giving up.

The Reina Slimline radiator is of good quality with weighty metal, but it is super thin and a bit fragile. It looks fantastic on the wall. However, we encountered a lot of trouble with it. The radiator is packaged in thin cardboard, which is a poor way of packaging it. Reina should reconsider how they box these radiators. We ordered five radiators, two of which were bent at the edge where the water enters the radiator. The paint was cracked, and the metal was bent. After discussing the issue with the supplier, they sent us two replacements, of which one had the same issue. Now, we are waiting for another replacement, which will be checked before shipping, and we will inspect it upon arrival before signing for it. I believe the issue is that Reina packages the radiator in thin cardboard, and it is not well-protected at the valve area, which protrudes from the radiator. During shipping, the radiator's weight may cause it to be placed on the edge or stacked in the warehouse, causing the valve part to bend. My advice is to buy these radiators as they are nice and thin, but open the box and check the product before the delivery person leaves. To Reina, I advise that you review the packaging or put big labels on the box that indicate how to handle it. I am unsure if this was an isolated incident or a systematic issue, but I urge you to reconsider your packaging as I am confident it is the problem here.

4 out of the 6 double vertical radiators have leaked out of the back welds. And the horizontal double doesn’t get very warm at all. I keep losing pressure on the boiler and all my skirtings are water damaged! We’ve had replacements for 3 of them, but just noticed the 4th gone, we were informed Reina had a faulty batch, but this is ridiculous, utter garbage! I have no faith in the others not leaking in the future. Sorry I ever bought them, especially when you have to keep paying a plumber to replace them.

Bought 3 Casina aluminium radiators which look the part but that's the only good thing about my expensive mistake. The radiators under perform, matching TRVs and valves do not allow adequate water to flow, there is a knocking sound from all 3 radiators. These issues took a year to resolve by myself and my installer at considerable cost. The retailer tried to help but could only pass on Reinas emails which were useless. The support from Reina is appalling. DO NOT BUY

Like many other reviewers on here we too ordered 3 off radiators, 2 vertical, 1 horizontal from the Casina range and stored them for a few months whilst we completed a refurbishment project. When our plumber came to install them in October one of the vertical rads leaked like a sieve and the other one doesn’t allow adequate water flow through it so never gets hot. Our supplier was very helpful and sent us two replacements without any quibble but the problem is they are no better. Conclusion: nice looking radiators but very poor quality, unable to recommend at any price.

Only 1 star , but should really be zero stars. Like the other reviewers I have had the same experience with the Reina Polito vertical aluminium radiators. We have had three installed in a bathroom sequentially and all have failed within a few days of installation. I too have had the story of the insistence that the daft wee rubber pads need to be fitted to the brackets. However these pads, as supplied, do not fit the brackets. Moreover I do not see why they would prevent the radiators from leaking anyway. They leak like a tap- enough to drain the CH system of pressure such that the boiler won’t fire up ,2 -3 litres a day ! The company seem to be reluctant to admit that this product is not fit for purpose. They look great but they don’t work. AVOID at all cost.9 months after having the bathroom done we still don’t have a functioning radiator.

Awful quality radiators. I've had very similar experiences to the other reviews already on here. We have been waiting almost a year for our radiators and had to return 2 of 5 due to damage and wrong colour. Finally we now have them all and they're fitted. The radiators do look good to be fair, but they are VERY poor quality and were extremely difficult to fit, even for my 2 very experienced professional plumbers. **ADVICE FOR FITTING** - use corded/string PTFE in the metal threads on the valves, not standard PTFE tape. This is the only method that's stopped the radiators leaking. So far, so good... Hopefully it'll last....
