Adding to my earlier review, and after some 20 plus emails back and to from the Suppliers, (Glowing Embers ) some being quite comical, if it was not for money being involved. The last I heard from Glowing Embers was that they agree that the Gaskets (anti-vibration pads in normal radiator talk ) would not fit to the top brackets when using a Double radiator and were not to be used, but the manufacturer repeats that the warranty is void if you do not use all 4 gaskets on the bottom brackets instead. I have over the months received all sorts of excuses, from thermal differences between the metal bracket and Aluminium, I have had copy and pasted Statements from Reina (the pasting done in the wrong place in the paragraph) of customers that all of a sudden got these gaskets to fit after numerous attempts I have had amended Installation guides showing the install of these Gaskets (shame they illustrated them fitting to the top Bracket) Have even been told by Glowing Embers that if I put these gaskets on it will stop the leak. I have moved on now replaced the Radiators with alternative, guess what no leaks. I’m now in the process of going through Trading Standards, I advise anyone with a similar problem to do the same Both Reina and Glowing Embers should be ashamed that they have chosen to treat customers like fools would strongly advise not to use either

I ordered 2 aluminium casina radiators from a supplier. The fixing instructions are very explicit and have to be perfect. I had two radiators fail within 2 months of installation. The supplier was extremely piccy, there warranty certainly isn’t no quibble. They demanded several different types of photo all surrounding the installation, which was exactly as per instruction. They eventually agreed to allow the supplier to refund me. Without any word about inconvenience subsequent damage. Never use these radiators they obviously have a design fault, which the manufacturer is obviously aware of.

Top tip, avoid this brand at all costs. I purchased 7 Reina Belva Radiators. Most were fine, 1 was leaking. I contacted the retailer, Designer Radiator Concepts, avoid this company too, who got in touch with Claire @ Reina, who surprise surprise, blamed the Rubber Gasket being absent from the installation as the problem for a leak, which is nowhere near the bracket. My leak is coming from the Diverter. Same response, take pictures - she even said in her email "make sure it's a picture of the bracket"... oh no the gasket is missing, that's your fault we won't replace it. My plumber, a fully qualified and experienced professional, told me he also could not get these Gasket's onto the double radiator. Claire is clearly looking for the Rubber Gasket when requesting photos, knowing full well they do not fit on the double radiators and therefore Reina will refuse to replace their faulty items. Reina fail to explain the importance of these Gaskets in terms of their warranty in the original product materials. Being available on their website is irrelevant, why would my plumber check a website for 'get out of refund free' clause when the box comes with printed instructions?

Ordered two Casina aluminium vertical radiators for the hall. I really liked the look of them but within a week or so one of them was leaking from an impossible to access construction joint. I fitted these rads myself, as I am a qualified tradesman and have been for around 40 years now, and I have to say they were the most difficult and finicky things to fit. The clearance between the vanes was so tight that it was impossible to fit the little silicone rubber gaskets. I tried at least 10 times to mount the rad with the gaskets but they got pushed out every time so I gave up and mounted them without. When I reported the leak they immediately blamed the lack of gasket as the reason for the failure which is, of course, utter tosh, but a very handy way of avoiding warranty claims I would suggest. £300 down the swany. Follow-up: Both radiators are now leaking from various joints at various times. It seems to me that the method of construction cannot cope with the thermal movement of the aluminium sections. It's such a shame, as they look great, but they are not fit for purpose and will be replaced with another make. £700 down the pan.

Very bad quality, 3 out of 5 were faulty. I have ordered five REINA Casina radiators over the course of 10 months. For the first order, one radiator was visibly damaged and sent back. I waited four months for a replacement. For the second order, I ordered three REINA Casina radiators for the the other room. When the vertical radiator was installed, it leaked from the bottom (not valves). The plumber thought maybe a welding error during manufacturing. I was sent a replacement, which I had the plumber had to install a second time. The same problem happened with the new replacement radiator. I’m now at a loss as what to do- will I have the same problem with the second replacement? I’m now tied to this style in the rest of the house. In summary, i needed 5 radiators, and three of the ones received have been faulty. Nothing but hassle. Wish I went with a different brand and style.

I ordered a designer towel rail and once my bathroom fitter opened it, he realised that it only comes with fixed brackets (which look incredibly flimsy btw). This is a problem when the rail is meant for a half-tiled wall (pretty standard for most bathrooms I would say). I rang the retailer and have had no help from them so I tried Reina - no customer service or any aftercare whatsoever.

Just dreadful substandard products . Bought 2 large Neval aluminium radiators and when fitted both poured out water from various points .These cost £500 plus each . Replacements were sent only for those to also leak from the same areas. How is this possible ??? This company advertise these products as quality , they aren’t !!!! Do not buy 😡

Ordered a radiator. On installing, one of the mounting brackets was faulty and broke very easily. Am trying to get them to replace this part through the seller, aqva.co.uk as Reina do not deal with customers directly. Was promised the part would arrive two weeks ago but ... nothing. It's becoming a routine where I call Aqva, who in turn call Reina, and nothing happens. I can't finish the bathroom and this is a nightmare.

Sadly despite multiple attempts to resolve stock and delivery issues I continue to have an unfulfilled order after a month of trying. I have being going via another retailer who has been very helpful in trying to obtain information about my order as Reina is their supplier. Whilst I'm very aware of the impact COVID is having on businesses my biggest frustration is not being updated, told when I may get my order, one minute being told my items are in stock and being picked from the warehouse and the next minute being told there no longer in stock. It appears there is a breakdown in communication between the retailer I purchased the items from and Reina with total confusion about my order and when this will be fulfilled. Not a great experience and whilst I may well only have one side of the story (Retailer) I find it really poor that Reina have never once made contact to 1) Apologise or 2) update me on the outstanding items. The item I did receive which was late came with no delivery confirmation so it was lucky as I'm home working that I was in to receive my order. Can I please find out about my order asap as it has come to the point that I have had to delay work on my property twice.
