The sound is above everything I've heard I recently used s behringer uhd 202 , compared to my new adi-2 dac fs it's a another dimmension :)

The whole bying process and download went very well. Their catalogue in their home page runs slow even on my top-notch MacBook Pro.

Everything works fine with Native. Choosing music the samples are long enough to get an idea of the music/songs. Many possibilities with the quality you want to have. Downloader great, files are big but they download quickly.

Timely service call back with a small misunderstanding.

While price is often above some competitors, a few more euros are now added for support putting the price higher ! The last ordered albums have a sound level at a lower volume level (may be 3 to 5db than older DSF albums which is strange) and seems less impressive during listenning. The good is support responssiveness and quality. (only DSF64 usable)

I am currently burning in a new amp, speakers and DAC/Streamer with DSD 512 capabilities. So while I cannot yet talk to the quality, I can talk to the web site experience. While browsing through the titles is effortless, the best way to find my interests was via search. Last purchase was "Requiem" - "Mozart" which presented 4 options which I then researched. Downloading using the NativeDSD Downloader worked flawlessly including the cover art for the DAC screen. Quality analysis will take some time as I listen to DSD, WAV, FLAC, CD and Vinyl of same/similar recordings on my new equipment.

The website is a bit slow. No ideal to browse the content. The downloader is well done and simple, but like with Qobuz, it would be great to be able to also download inferior quality tracks, or have an integrated converter.

I found the process totally fuss free. The website was easy to navigate, good options for file format, and the checkout was nice and simple.

This is the home place of quality dsd audio. Hope they will have more titles in future.

Customer service of the highest quality. The music was DSD so it goes without saying that it is awesome.

Love the selection and especially the ability to purchase both 2 and 5 channel mixes of albums! Wish the download experience was a bit faster, but the UI gives you good information in terms of what it is doing and how far through a download it is. Overall, an excellent store and I look forward to purchasing many more recordings!
