Could not download. The steps needed were oppressive. I have yet to succeed. Can’t play recording its entirety, even once it is downloaded. I was so excited for this recording and the opportunity it presented for my friend. My disappointment is immense.

Easy to purchase and download using you app. And being honest, the voucher helped my decession to purchase yet another copy of Jazz at the Pawnshop. You see, I didn't need yet another copy but hell, I figured you have my back and can deliver better sound quality then Tidal. Apart from haveing my very own copy of it on my home PC.

Excellent quality recordings from wonderful artists

It was very difficult to navigate making the purchase and receiving the album. It seemed as though I needed to download something, when in fact, I did not. Additionally, it is hard to find the download file on a phone. I would also like to listen to the entire album rather than having to select one song at a time, but not until I go back into my downloads to find the file in order to play the next song.

Easy to use purchase. Easy to download the files

For the price of this stuff, I expected a much better experience. Being forced to download & install an application just to download the files I've purchased was already a big annoyance all its own. Oh, I could have also used dropbox... except free dropbox is limited to 2GB, which if you're lucky will fit 2-3 of these high quality tracks. I expected this required app to make the process of acquiring my purchases as simple and painless as possible.... or at least be semi-competent. Boy was that a stupid expectation. The app doesn't keep a history of what you've downloaded - in fact it deliberately wipes out any queue, and deletes any partial files. It's deliberate because the online help bluntly tells you that it does this. Even if it finished downloading an album the last time you ran the application, it has no indication whatsoever that you've already downloaded that album. It will blindly redownload a track even if that track is already in its target location, with absolutely no warning whatsoever that you're about to overwrite a 1GB+ file. Download speeds are abysmal and seem to decrease with each consecutive track you download. From another mainstream popular music site that sells FLAC, I can sustain 20MB/s-40MB/s (that's MByte not Mbit). As I sit here typing this, my NativeDSD download speed has gone as follows: track 1: 120Mbit/s(15MB/s) down to 90 track 2: 90 to 70 track 3: 80 to 70 track 4: 70 to 60 ...etc. edit: track 8 started at 45Mbit/s. What's truly ridiculous is if I exit and reopen the app, the speed is restored...briefly. edit 2: The download links are not enabled for your account by default, and the website says you must contact support to have them enabled for you. Support who probably don't work on a Sunday. Just to add full context to the "you can use the download link" claim. I added 1 star for the music quality. 12 hours later I finished downloading my purchases; I'll never return to this site.

Website has been simple to use ; I could easily browse, select, purchase and download without problem. The downloaded albums are of high quality. I love the bug fonts and excellent layout. I am still browsing your collection.

Finally, I came across this "Intrigues-of-the-Darkness-Pure-DSD_128fs-2ch". I listened to it and it sounded great, so I bought it and downloaded it. I've been listening to it on my system almost every day since then. With the self-made SP. system, you can play flat up to C0 = 16.351Hz, so you can hear the true sound of this DSD128fs sound source. I think it sounds great.
