Great collections, fantastic service, there were some issues with the downloader but they were fixed. Nothing to complain about, just enjoying great music :)

Unfotunately, using the download app the velocity of download is going down from 60 Mb/sec at the first track to only 10 Mb/sec with the last track. Furthermore, download process stopps a few times during the download session and has to be restarted every time manually.

The experience of joining and purchasing from NativeDSD was a pleasure on several levels. The guide to join was eassy to navigate, with excellent instruction. Easy. Then the guidance, information and ability to sample the music was exceptional. I discovered an incredible team of musicians on a Netherlands label that was completely new to me (I live in Canada). Live is good!

Really easy to get really great sounding music.

The platform is a wonderful resource to find truely native, very high-res music. For the amount of digital infrastructure needed to house and transmit the massive audio files, they offer great service and transparency that is the best out there in the industry.

Excellent selection of high resolution content across all genres of music. Great feature of allowing a wide range of audio resolution/format. App makes for a painless process of downloading files. Website is well-designed and useful, and thankfully free of annoying pop-up advertisements and distractions. Highly recommended!

Easy and simple to purchase and download etc.

I liked because of rhe multiformat optoons and unique titles you have. Its be nice if you also sale CDs and Hires download of the same titles you have.

Website and catalog is good. For some reason the download needs repeated attempts to obtain all files. I purchase and dowload from many other websites that have files larger that 1GB and only native DSD requires repeated attempts.

The ins and outs of the DSD format were well explained and I was able to find the best quality for my DACs. The sound quality from these files are insane. Downloading the files is a little annoying, as you need an app for it, but the app is well built and easy to use.

The purchase was confusing. I was buying files from Channel Classics and had to pay through someone else’s site. Next to that browsing the integrated catalogue of all dsd files on sale is a pain/impossible. Solution: give us classical music buffs a composer-work-performance structure. Like Apple Music Classical. Keep up the good work and make it better! Cheers Albert

I use Linux - the Downloader worked great. Needless to say the music is wonderful.

Very happy with my inital starter pack DSD files, sounded great on my Oppo BDP 105. There seems to be a significant audible range and no noticable distortion at higher decibals. Great value for the starter pack

Prices are so steep, I normally only buy from NativeDSD when discounted. Also, I don't like having to choose a single format/bit rate with each purchase. Yes, I know about the subscription but, again, too expensive to make sense.

Insane quality of the recording, very transparent about the characteristics, the materials and others stuffs

Easy method to buy and download. Very close follow up the few cases a technical issue happens until issue is definitively solved.
