Australia | 07 December 2024DONT BOOK AIRPORT TAXI TRANSFERS - complaints office located in London. I booked/paid online from Sydney a few days before departure for pick up on Sunday 10 November 2024 from Haneda Tokyo airport to hotel and return 2 weeks later. I paid extra for a MEET AND GREET on arrival once I exited Immigration which is where all the meet and greet transfers were located. The driver WAS NOT THERE with my name on a board. After wandering around looking for my name on the meet and greet sign, the Information desk nearby announced my name twice, and still NO SHOW. He WAS NOT in the nominated meet and greet area, but obviously somewhere else at the airport. He apparently tried to call me when I “was in the air”, After entering the arrival hall I turned on the airport wifi and Whatsup as indicated on my confirmation but no call was received. I even called the Emergency Number later when queued up in the taxi rank, BUT NO ANSWER, I cancelled my return trip due to the above within the terms and conditions BUT they have withheld my money!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THIS SHOULD BE A NON RATING. I have several friends travelling to Japan and they will not be using this NON SERVICE. M Connors, Sydney, Australia

The driver was on time..i think 1 hour before our pick up time..the drive to the airport was really smooth without any problems..the driver was very friendly and helpful..we would definitely book this service again.. Btw,i think they didn't charge this service

Italy | 08 May 2024Yesterday one of your drivers picked us up in Setagaya at 6 a.m. heading to Haneda. License plate 2715. He dropped us off at the airport and we went directly to the check in counters. But then he reached to us to give us a small bag that my niece had forgotten inside the car. It contained her personal belongings, documents, passport, things she could not fly home without, nor could we fly home without her. Your driver has proven to be gentle, precious, helpful and quick. Please note. We are so grateful. He really made our day!

They speak good English and very fast to answer all your inquiries. The car I used was very comfortable and clean. The driver is pleasant and respectful.

I had to change my flight by +1 day but because I informed them after 6pm the night before my scheduled pickup, they told me that changes weren’t possible and that my $200 fee was non-refundable. They even sent the driver on the day they knew I wouldn’t be travel to “prove he went there”. This is so they can justify keeping the $200. Totally inflexible if you have to change anything - schedules changes all the time and flights are delayed frequently. I would go as far as to say they are a scam. Very rude costumer service too. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company to retrieve the costs and also posting on social media to warn others not to use them. If I can find the CEOs contact, I will call to complain.

Australia | 18 August 2023Never even showed up to pick me up. Got reception to call driver and he said he wasn't coming. No email, no phone call. Transfer cost me $270 Australian dollars. I would give 0 stars if possible. Also have been told that there will be no refund. So a airport transfer ended up costing me nearly $600 dollars including the taxi I was forced to book. Thus company is a disgrace and are no better than criminals. Shameful. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

Delta cancelled my flight 5 hours prior to departure (from LAX) so I contacted this company to let them know I would not be arriving as scheduled and had not rebooked due to limited flight availability. I asked to cancel or reschedule and they cancelled my reservation and charged me anyway, awful and inflexible cancellation policy. Their rate is also 3X higher than the taxi rate at the airport, you’re better off using HND’s taxi stand.

United States | 20 April 2023The ride to the Airbnb was ok. Driver was not Japanese, google directions were Chinese so I'm assuming he was Chinese. I didn't appreciate the fact that he started to drive off while my wife was STILL strapping in our baby. When we arrived however he was very helpful in getting our luggage out so I guess I forgive him. And he wasn't responsible for our failed ride the following morning. We were scheduled for a 10 am pick up. We called to confirm as it was already 10 and Japanese people are very punctual. They first said they were trying to get a hold of the driver to know how far away he was... Never called us back so 10 min I called again and they apologized saying they couldn't get a hold of the driver. They assured me this time they'd get back to me in the next 5 min. At 1017 they called to apologize and said they were sending a different driver as they couldn't contact the primary driver and didn't know where he was. At 1020 I called back to see if they could even get someone to my location in time and what was the expected ETA? They agreed that it would take another hour or so before they'd have someone. They offered to pay for our taxi fares. Since we had requested the huge van (Toyota Hiace model) for our family they recommended two taxis and they'd cover the cost. Luckily our Airbnb hosts were still outside waiting with us and called the cabs and had two come within 7 minutes. The cost for each cab was about $200. To this company's credit, they did offer to pay. But they wanted my bank account number, routing number, and branch. I don't trust them enough to give them this info. So I lost $400 that day and they lost a customer forever. As one reviewer stated that they just contract drivers, it's very possible. I would not believe their own reviews on their website. They tout 4.5 stars. I tried multiple times to try and find a way to leave a review there, but it's impossible. Do not use this company even though they are touted on Japan web and Japan travel (where I heard about them). A company that cannot contact its driver and has no way of tracking its vehicles is not a transportation company.
