Tried Greenback for the first time and had a great experience. My tax accountant Salitha helped me prepare a three-year streamlined tax return, and the service was professional and friendly. I received prompt, clear responses to all my inquiries, and the process was pretty painless, to my surprise.

I filled in a series of online forms to provide information to the account and then once I had submitted the forms, he got in touch with me to answer my questions and follow up on a few points. Communication was very prompt and professional. We communicated by email but he offered to chat within me on video if I wanted to discuss the process.
