Have used Monitor before and so knew who best to call when we found a rat in our garden. The service is prompt and efficient and all staff have been extremely helpful, and polite. The rat problem is now resolved and hopefully it won’t be back, but if it does come back I’ll know who to call. Excellent service . Would and have recommended .

All staff were pleasant and kind to talk to. Efficiently sent someone to my property within 24hrs. The person who attended was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. All actions were done in consideration that I have a young child and dog, made sure they would be safe.

Found the company via my local council. Attended within 2days. Technician was late, and arrived after 5o’clock- he was very apologetic, these things happen when jobs over run. Despite being late on a Friday he gave us as much time as he needed to get the job done- couldn’t ask for anymore from him. Very happy with the care and attention given.
