United Kingdom | 14 February 2019Not a nice experience when reporting a problem with a purchase, ok at taking your money though No mention of the watermarks when selling the radiator and no mention of it being a discontinued product at point of sale when taking full money for it, and let's remember not a cheap radiator, and the five radiators in total purchased, you seriously expected to take a small fortune for 4 designer radiators and then fob us off with an odd ball, get real. Trust pilot is for honest reviews, and that's what I've been, honest. Don't like bad reviews? Then don't give bad service, then invite me to review you, simple.

United Kingdom | 14 February 2019The radiator we have has worked for a maximum of a few weeks at a time. We have had numerous changes of elements and even sent it back to be reviewed. The radiator worked on reinstallation for 2 weeks. This is not a fit for purpose product in my opinion.

I did have to contact after sales and they were very helpful and personable. I would use again if the need arises.

I was dubious about buying a vertical radiator (I’d heard the heat output was poor) but the look and functionality of this is fantastic and I’m very pleased I chose this product. I’m so glad this company is local, I’ll definitely buy from them again. The advice I got from staff was great. I Can’t recommend the complany or the radiator I bought enough.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2019I phoned the order line and asked quite a few questions before deciding which electric radiator to buy. The man I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. As I was going away for a couple of weeks I wanted it delivered as soon as I returned. This was arranged and delivery was spot on. The instructions for installing the radiator were a combination of pictures and written directions. Mostly this was okay, occasionally wasn't totally clear. Overall everything went smoothly except for the instructions on how to use the controller. The directions in the leaflet were very superficial and I had to phone the help desk. They found a document on the internet and forwarded it to me by email. That provided all the information I needed. The radiator is working very well and has been a tremendous improvement to our bathrooms comfort.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2019Now I have read other reviews I can see my experience is very similar to others, Geyser seem to be ignoring customers comments and holding to bad policies. Elements missing from electric radiators. Had new ones sent, which took a while. Then had to try to get the fitter back. This all took a few weeks, I had an office full of staff with freezing temperatures and no heating. Then when they fitted them, one of the elements didn't work. Our fitter called them, they said they would send a replacement. We waited for a couple of weeks and nothing turned up. I then called them directly and they said we are waiting for you to return the part first, which was not what they told the fitter. At this point I was not happy, and asked they send the part immediately. Rather than understanding the difficulty this has caused us, they insisted we needed to sent the part back first, then they would check it to see if we we're being truthful, then ship out the part. This could have cost us many extra days. I expressed my frustration and anger at this terrible customer service, and they said I would have to pay a deposit on the replacement part if its sent before the return, which would only be returned when I had sent theirs back. I have never had to do this before. It was a real hassle having to packaging this small low cost item up to return it. I didn't care about money, but I did not want Geyser to get away with keeping the deposit out of principal. On top of this the they leaked where the elements were being fitted, the tape on the tread was not adequate. Geyser, when you mess up you need to sort it quickly and at your own cost. It would be well worth trusting the customers, most will not be trying to rip you off. Instead you damage customer trust significantly with your customer service.
