Great looking radiators but issues with fitting due to manufacturing faults.

I've bought 3 radiators in total from Geyser of 2 designs and chose them for their looks & reasonable price compared to similar products I've looked at. All seemed well until one of the elements on one of the double radiators started smoking shortly after installation. It was taken out by my electrician and although there is no obvious problem it is clearly faulty... or so we thought. Well, good luck with trying to get anything out of customer service, as their attitude is it's most likely an installation issue and not their product which could be at fault. Have sent photos as requested, no response other than to tell me to pay for a replacement, send the faulty one back & then they may decide, or not, to accept there is a problem and may decide, or not, to give me my money back. I have refused to do this as I know my rights under the Consumer Protection Act (let alone there is meant to be a 2 year warranty) so the saga continues. You have been warned!

I have an inglenook fireplace so this radiator was the perfect fit. I love it’s traditional look and it gives off more heat han I expected. I am very happy with this purchase.

Prompt delivery quality product

The radiator we ordered was perfect and delivery prompt.but the website description of side valve inlet was incorrect - it was bottom valve inlet. We had to return the article but customer services were very helpful and courteous and as it was their error on website they waived the return delivery fee
