I'm a new customer, my previous go-to supplier no longer being in business. Things I like so far? - the website - the range of products - competitive prices - ease of ordering - excellent customer service Things didn't go well with my first order - FedEx delivered boxes somewhat battered and leaking - but Brew Day have been very professional and proactive in addressing the issue (see excellent customer service, above). Poor delivery experience was not down to Brew Day, not their fault, so they are getting the 5/5 they deserve.

Andy kindly messaged me over the Easter weekend to let me know the parts I ordered we not compatible and suggested alternatives. Excellent service, thanks!

Top guys. My order was a bit fussy with grain and hops weighed out in different amounts. Not a problem for BrewDay. Would definitely recommend.

When I phoned about a query regarding caps the chap I spoke to was so helpful, pointed me in the right direction. Also said that if the brush I wanted wasnt in stock he would send me a dearer one a the same cost. Placed my order and was delivered the next day. Really good service.
