Perfect execution. I purchased range of items, including 3L of various fluids, and it was delivered next day extremely well packaged and protected for the journey. I like Fedex, I think they are prob one of the better couriers and wish more used them. Very small niggle with order, but perfectly resolved with just a couple of early morning emails - faultless no quibble service. A shining example of how customer service should be.. Would of put 5☆but due to your choice of courier i had to knock at.least one. They sent emails to say my " time slot" would be between 830_1230. Never turned. Update email will now be upto 6pm. Never turned. Email update wont be out today. Rescheduled for next day. Same email process. 830_1230. Never turned up. ANOTHER EMAIL UPDATE......And on and on and on it went. I doubt if ill be a returning customer purely because of your choice of courier.
