Fitting of new windows from start to finish Craig sales rep, fitters Gary and David every step was dealt with professionally. Fitters arrived bang on time, dust sheets down work done to a very high standard. Place was left spotless when job was complete would not hesitate to use this great company again. Received an email from Andrew Wright on 27th October to contact them to discuss my complaint further. I emailed them back on the 29th October asking what further information was required. Still waiting for a response. Says it all really. Would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. I ordered a composite door, white on the inside and grey on the outside, paid extra for a different lock as well. Fitters called me to say they were finished, when I went to see it, the wrong lock was on the door, wallpaper all ripped, no dust sheets down on my carpet so this was now filthy and the door frames on the outside were white, not grey to match my door. They refused to get my carpet cleaned even though they knew I had a disability and was unable to do this myself, so I had to pay someone to do it, they refused to change the door frames because they said I'd signed the paperwork, I advised I was not asked if I wanted white frames just what colour of door I wanted, silly me assumed the frames would be the same colour as the door. They did not repair my wallpaper either, just put white trims down the side where it was all ripped to cover it up. Andrew Wright used to be the best and had a great reputation which was why I chose them. Never again!!!! Absolutely no respect for your property whatsoever. The only consolation is the door is good quality but I'm sure you'd get the same elsewhere without having all this hassle. Keep your money for a company that values their customers.

Bad experience with this Company. Ordered lounge window. For a variety of reasons not delivered. Refused to return large deposit paid. Raised complaint at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court. Successful outcome and deposit returned. Chaotic management ( led by Mr Andy Martin) Use at your peril.

Mark and I are delighted with our new front door and side windows. The service we have received from start to finish has been first class. The level of professionalism we have experienced from your three Installers Robert, Edwin and Bob has been exemplary. The care taken with our existing stone archway when they fitted our new front door was outstanding and much appreciated. All works were undertaken in a timely fashion and dust sheets were used to fully protect our carpets at all times. Your installers are a credit to your company. Thank you once again

Travelled approx 20 miles to showroom to be tended by the most unhelpful salesman ever in Irvine. Literally like getting blood out a stone .horrible experience

This company should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. My disabled best friend needed new plastic sheet roofing over an area in her kitchen. THe saleman had it made very clear to him that the light was so important. She was not shown any samples and the work was booked - having to pay a £500 deposit (April 2020). After a few delays, they arrived in December to fit. As soon as the first panel went up, my friend told them that this is not what she ordered - it was opaque, and blocked out the light. There are aparently 3 opacities to choose from. The builders told her the only option was to have them finish the job then take it up with Andrew Wright. She even said she would pay for the new material but not the man hours to fix it. Emails and calls were made and she was promised several callbacks over several weeks. None came. She was then told that she had to pay the balance before they would be able to look into it....... When my friend told them that she would rather hold some money back until the work was completed to her specifications, she was threatened with legal action and debt collectors if she did not pay. So she paid them! The price which I later found out about is seems to be extreme to say the least. SInce then, there has been no contact at all. I called myself and spoke with Maureen who asked for all the details in another email and that she would sort it out. The email was sent, giving them a fair further 7 days to get back to my friend with a resolution. This is more than 2 weeks ago. Even if this company believe that they have done nothing wrong which is absolutely not the case, the way in which they have treated a disabled, vulnerable lady who lives alone is abhorrant and frankly criminal. She is now out of thousands of pounds and has a roof that blocks out the light where she sits in the day. Making money is one thing but as a company you will never go fsar without any compassion and customer care.

Just had my new door fitted today, out with my old council door, in with the new one, could not have gone better, Shug and Gary, were brilliant, first thing they did was introduce themselves, then spread a sheet on to the hall floor, then they got to work, 2 hours later, done and dusted!! No mess either, fantastic, I LOVE my new door, cheers guy's and thank you.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company! Was charged for work that was never carried out; windows arrived damaged and took months to sort out. Fitters left cigarette ends, debris etc in our garden. Screws left in my child’s bedroom. Wrong door fitted backwards and they refused to replace it until we paid our outstanding balance. When we refused to do this we were sent threatening letters demanding payment. Threats to take us to court and that they were going to come and remove our windows. Their bully boy tactics were disgusting and after sales was non-existant! Did not matter to them that we had spent over £15K. Incredibly stressful experience, avoid at all costs!!!

My son and daughter in law bought windows and doors for a new house build. They arrived broken, damaged wrong sizes, wrong almost everything. The company are terrible to deal with, it took months to sort out and in the end its still the poorest quality product you can imagine, to add insult to injury the council inspection showed that the windows were supplied without trickle vents. I asked the company why and they said its because we never asked for them? they offered to " Perhaps" supply them at cost as a jesture of good will. Stay clear of this company they are fast to take the cash, slow to respond, they are agressive in the way they deal with you when you ask for things to be put right and seem completely non client focused. They supplied the doors with no handles, front door with no letter box and windows with no vents and resused to rectify. I even wrote to the MD but was told in a later phone call it was a waste of time as the MD just passes it to the managers to deal with! dont waste your money on a company with such a high negative percentage rating

Customer service post installation is shockingly bad. Twice the service engineer failed to attend despite assurances they were in the area or still to attend. I refused a third appointment and seeking advice.

Many thanks to Hugh (Shug) and Gary who did a super job fitting our new windows and patio doors. A lovely pair of hard working lads who barely stopped all day and made sure all was neat and tidy on finishing. Andrew Wright are not the cheapest but as they say you often get what you pay for, thanks to all.

I am very pleased with my lovely new windows. Can honestly say everyone I have had contact with in the company has been pleasant, efficient & helpful. The fitters Shug & Gary have been brilliant. Two lovely guys who have worked so hard to minimise the inevitable disruption & worked around my husband who does not have good health. They could not have been better. If you are using Andrew wright request these two as your fitters

Andrew Wright Windows were recommended to us by a close family member who had received a good experience. So when choosing a supplier to fit our windows it made the process a little easier for us... and in a positive sense, the Andrew Wright windows (i.e. the product) is very good.. the pre-sales experience is good. The manner of the instalation team was polite and that's about it for the positive things.. in a negative sense a window had to be made up quickly (mid-instalation) as the measurements of the window were incorrect, despite the window being measured twice by 2 difference people! One day the instalation team had left for the day (in a hurry) and had left a crow-bar outside the property and had left the side gate and door to the property open (putting our security at risk from any opportunists). Other annoying things is that our newly fitted blinds in the living room window no longer fitted (meaning additional cost for us, as Andrew Wright (despite this being a bespoke fitting) don't accept responsibility for this - though the instalation manager had pleasure in telling me it's all in their terms and conditions - buyer beware. The post-sales team in the office are as polite as you might expect, but they don't go out of their way to help the customer. The installation manager in my experience can come over as aggressive and would benefit from a Customer service course - in my opinion.. Based on our experience I would not recommend Andrew Wright windows. There must be better out there...

The guys arrived on time and completed the job to a very high standard. Great service from the fitters who left the working area in a very clean condition after their work. I would highly recommend the team of Shug, Gary & Kerr who went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the install.

Replaced all of my single glazed sash windows, Andrew Wright was the most competitively priced and had the shortest turn around time. They were very attentive throughout the process, as I had a listed building they were able to provide me with evidence for when I applied for Listed Building Consent. The installers were very quick, tidy and courteous. I was accidentally given the wrong keys for the windows so I rang back and they sent someone round immediately with some more keys. I would definitely recommend both the windows and the service.

Excellent service and product. Was looking for a new curved window, Craig the salesperson was great to deal with and Gavin surveyor was very detailed and helpful with the options. Product fitting was great with no issues and love the new look.
