United Kingdom | 20 October 2020We have just experienced the worst customer service you could imagine from ANDREW WRIGHT windows and doors. On settling on a door we placed an order and asked the company to match a glass panel above the door with the door we ordered. We were told they would get back to us. Several days later, we had still not recieved a call even after phoning them on a number of occasions requesting an update. On our final call, my partner was told they were very busy and when she commented on their abrupt manner, the reply was 'see ya later pal' with the employee then putting the phone down on her. Andrew Wright would not post my review, so I am using this forum to voice my utter disgust with the way we were treated.

Useless customer service**Changes nothing - it’s a shocking way to treat customers and word does get around** Company has gone to the gutter. Just been told that despite my 10 year guarantee and the thousands of pounds I paid them - they will not attend my property to look at an issue unless I pay them £75. Manager Andy Martin is obnoxious, unprofessional and has dragged the company into the ground. Admin staff very unhelpful also. DO NOT GO NEAR this company. ZERO stars !!!

United Kingdom | 20 September 2020Very disappointed with the work and attitude of Andrew Wright employees. Firstly, I did not accept the quote until the next day. I was then told by the Rep (Jeremy Bracey) that because I did not accept the quote on the same day he visited, I would now have to pay more. I told him that I would travel to his offices and sign the contract there instead, but I was not going to pay extra when we only live 13 miles away and could not justify the extra charges. He phoned later to say he was in the area the next day and would bring our contract through to us at no extra charge.. The day arrived when my new glass door would be fitted and using this company a few years ago, I was expecting the work to be on the same professional level. Sadly it was not, the door was fitted perfectly and neatly, but the finishing off was a disaster, the trim was untidy, white silicone smudged and uneven, the corners were very messy too. I complained to the installer that I was not happy with the untidy finish and he certainly was not pleased with my response at all. They left quickly and did not bother tidying up all the mess they had left behind. I complained to the company which passed me down the line three times before connecting me through to the installation manager. He came out to the house the next day and said he would sort it out but in the same breath told me he thought it was passable work!! Had to wait another week for another employee to come and finish off the work. The man who showed up at my door was polite and cheerful and did an outstanding job by replacing the trim around the door and sealing with clear silicone and not white silicone because of the surrounding dark wood door frames. This was a professional job done by a person who takes pride in his work, his name was Bob Craig. I wished he had worked on the job in the beginning causing me less stress and bother. I was inconvenienced three times while waiting for the job to be completed properly. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Andrew Wright Windows was a good company with excellent work ethics and polite staff. But, sadly not anymore.

United Kingdom | 31 July 2020Telephoned to ask again for someone to come out and check seal on conservatory roof as it is splitting. Was told for the first time as I had already reported this that there is a £75 call out charge. You get it back if they need to repair under guarantee. Told customer service person that they should be telling people this when they are purchasing from them and not wait till you need a repair to be told. Was told she would call me next morning as I had complained about this and asked to speak to a manager. Still waiting for the return call.

That was two weeks ago, looks like I dodge a bullet with this company if that's the way they treat a potential customer i hate to think what there actually workmanship is like

United Kingdom | 11 March 2020I was very impressed with the service my elderly parents received from Andrew Wright. The new windows and patio doors were fitted promptly, with the minimum amount of fuss and disruption. When my mum had trouble opening the door due to her arthritic hand, they came out and made the necessary adjustments to help her. The new doors and windows look great and the whole process was friendly, seamless and efficient.

United Kingdom | 18 December 2019Won't use them again.. changed installation date 4pm the day before. When door was finally fitted all glass was scratched, installation manager was due to come at 11am the following Friday. At 13.20 he showed after my call looking for him! He was full of bo**ocks! Waited for the call to say when glass was getting fitted and waited. Then a fitter appeared when we were at work, we had no notice. The company's communication is awful, needless to say that they were soon on the phone looking for payment which was promptly paid. They are expensive but hoping for good service I didn't mind, what a fool I was.

United Kingdom | 19 October 2019Appalling company. Took order & deposit, building work was required for patio door using their own builder. They Sent a sub contractor then next day they cancelled my order saying it wasn't financially viable for them. Best still to come, they told us they were keeping our deposit & we're now in the process of court action against them. Avoid these cowboys at all costs & don't be fooled by their fake great reviews

The installers Alan Brankin and Jason were brilliant at the installation of my windows - two bays, three bedrooms, dining room and bathroom. Nothing was too much work for them and they were a pleasure to have this work done by them. My neighbours were very impressed with their work. Margaret Murray

United Kingdom | 15 June 2019Andrew Wrights team really pulled the stops for me. The lock on my patio doors (from a previous, different company) simply disintegrated. I called Andrew Wright and they came out on the same day to do the measurements. They manufactured my new doors super quick and fitted them. I am really happy with them - they are a lot sturdier then the previous doors. The guys who fitted them were very good (and patient, with all my daft questions). I was amazed how tidy the job was - I thought I was going to have to do some redecoration, but that was not required thanks to some creative thinking by the fitters.
