Easy site to use as an older user! Only quibble was it took 5 days to arrive once they had been dispatched so they weren’t sent first class I guess despite paying nearly £4 for delivery

I made a photo calendar for a friend. I had fun choosing the pictures to use. It was easy putting different pictures onto each page of the calendar. You can choose how many pictures to put on each page, large and some small. It is easy to do. When I ordered it the calendar took just a few days to arrive at my door. An awesome gift to yourself and friends.

Great website easy to negotiate and love the finishing choices. Chose “Auto” which placed all the photos in the allotted pages of the book. I will definitely use this company again.

I switched to Jessops having used another on line photo print supplier for a while. The quality of Jessops is much better and their website is easier to negotiate. I also like the option of being able to collect prints from the nearest store

I ordered a photo to be enlarged, and when I finally received the enlarged photo they had printed it in such a way as to cut off half the head of the subject. When I went to complain all they did was ask for the photo back so they could investigate, I even had to pay to send the photo back.

No option to crop photos within the Jessica website, had to do it manually offline No express delivery option, had to wait several days. Disappointing colour quality of photos, what was bright on my phone became duller in development. Several examples in my 20-30 photos of people’s faces being skimmed off by cutting one side, meaning asymmetrical and in some cases no longer a complete face. Very disappointing as I used Jessops as I wanted higher quality. One good point was that the online chat help was good.

The worst service for a photobook I have ever experienced, poor communication and unacceptable delays. Having cocked my order up I was told they couldn't reprint as the order was too old.... bizarrely though I receive an email today reminding of the reorder function!!!! Not happy and unlikely to use the photobook service again.

Easy to order, easy to pay, but four days between dispatch and arriving in store... Especially in this day and age when I can get deliveries on a Sunday there is no excuse for "working days" anymore.

An excellent and speedy service and the quality of the prints is very good.

It's really easy to collect and arrange the photos onto a boo and there are many formats to chose from. I'm very happy with the result. Many thanks. JD

Ordered hard backed layflat photobook for 70th birthday pressie. All photos were from home scanned slides of the 70s , the result is fantastic, the colours are so crisp and clear. I found the programme easy with lots of choices for backgrounds, layout and text. Add to this collection from my local store was fast and it was well wrapped. Thoroughly recommend, not just the product but also Jessops.

Excellent customer service. Slight problem with initial photo book. Unclear whether it was my error or a problem with the software. No quibble from Jessops. They gave me a voucher for a free re-print which arrived by return post.
