I very much value Jessops Photo. It is a great service, with high quality outcomes. I find the service highly user-friendly and even easy to use.

Photo order arrived promptly and so much less hassle than trying to print all my pictures myself. Will definitely use next year.

After an issue with an enlargement being clipped, Jessops have been excellent in sorting this out, and sent me a new enlargement free of charge. Brilliant service.

Excellent service, the photobooks are produced to a very high standard. I am really pleased with the end result.

Having completed a dozen or so photobooks through Jessops, I can highly recommend the service. The software does take a little while to get used to, however, once you understand things, everything works well. If I have a criticism, it's the cost. For regular users, there needs to be more discount offers made with a longer period to redeem these. I'd suggest a discount on multiple copies as I'd definitely order more than one copy if the cost was reduced as some rivals offer.

I buy photo books and canvas prints ... perhaps a bit more expensive than some but quality excellent and delivery perfect.

Dreadful quality prints. Never again. Do yourself a favour and find some other photo lab. Colors are faded, all pictures are extremely dark, many of them got cropped even I selecred the option that should keep the original aspect ratio and edges. Poop poor poor service! They offer returns, but I could not as it was a gift for somebody so didnt have time to wait for corrected pics (doubt they would have been any better) All provided files went through post production on a calibrated screen. Even if they came slightly different but they were miles away in apperance.

The Jessops Photo programme for putting together a photo book is easy to use and has so many choices to make for an individual end result. This time I paid more for the glossier paper and I was delighted with it - when you go on a special holiday it seems sensible to pay a little more to showcase your photos.

Totally awful. Placed a photobook order on 28 April - still haven't received it. Got an email saying it was dispatched on 9 May, due today 11 May. Not turned up. Phoned Jessops - got a woman called Diane who said that she couldn't access my account because "it's an out of hours service" after 3pm on a Friday. Website says the customer care line is open to 10pm. Can't track the order with the courier & there's no one at Jessops who can do it either. Completely rubbish "customer service". Would not use again. Can't comment on the quality of the photobook, obviously. --- Update: The photo book arrived today. I have to say the presentation and production quality was excellent - couldn't fault it. For this reason I've given them another 2 stars on my original one star. The order tracking functionality, and the telephone customer care line definitely need to be improved. If they were, Jessops could be looking at five stars.
