Book took forever to arrive, when it eventually did checking the packaging first; initially fine but when opened there was a clear to see dent on the front cover of the book, i brought this as a gift for my friend's child's first birthday as a memory of his first year, other than the dent on the front the picture printing quality was spot one with no faults to judge fantastic online creating process just a shame and let down by the delay of the delivery 3/4 weeks, i would of taken it into my local store if it didn't turn up so close to the date it was needed for but i will be getting in contact with Jessops about this issue with the front cover

Jessops staff in the branch denied any professional responsibility. it was mentioned that CEWE just using Jessops's branches as postal destinations. I contacted CEWE as the quality of the prints were so poor. I received and email and asked to post them back using free post (no free post available) replying to the email only resulted an automated response in German.

I ordered the custom playing cards for a college project and love the result. The printing quaility is perfect, the paper weight of the cards is amazing and even got s free display box with them. Amazing. Thank you!

Absolutely delighted with my photo book! I was a little worried because it was made by photographing old pictures with my phone....but the quality is superb!

Jessops' free software enable anyone to obtain the kind of print that they want. Also, they are willing to explain how to do things.

Needed a digital picture of my late mother enlarged and printed 12" X 18". The picture arrived carefully wrapped in tissue and boxed in plenty of time. Very pleased with the result.
