Amazing quality and very easy software to use. My family are very happy with their books and a way cheaper alternative to getting wedding books made by the wedding photographer.

Love your products and service but the significant price increase has stopped me making more books. Software easy to use and once sent they are processed quickly. Love the ability to use clipart, backgrounds etc.

Excellent service and super pictures

I ordered a photobook from Jessops using their web based tool. The speed of service was excellent and the finished product superb as is normal from Jessops. However they lose a star because the editing tool while good is fiddly to use. It is not possible to zoom in to a page or part of a page to allow detailed editing and alignment. This is a particular problem with text as text which is very readable when printed (12 point) was undecipherable on the screen. This led to a couple of errors in the final product despite careful proof reading as far as possible.

Ordered a set of 'mini prints' (like a photo booth strip) including some for Mother's Day, as well as other presents for people. They arrived incredibly quickly, and are perfect. Made a really nice gift - high quality paper and printing, would definitely recommend. Also fairly good value for money.

Product was fantastic, postage information very deceiving, it said delivery for Thursday 8th march or collect in store , I selected collect thinking it would be available to collect at the same time , oh no , I missed Mother's Day thanks to jessops photo . Information should be clear I will go into store next time and not use the online service as they said I could of made the mug in a hour

Quality of photobook very good. Photobook creation was easy but time consuming. Printed and delivered to local store promptly. I will use again.

More expensive than other online companies, had to collect from store and quality of the print was no better. I will go elsewhere next time I’m looking for prints.
