The website is easy to navigate and pay. The comms are good. I know my order number and when it’s despatched and then notified about delivery. Cheaper than the vets especially if animals are on long term meds.

There was a problem with my prescription from the vet. But the pharmacist was on the phone straight away and bent over backwards to alleviate any concerns and sort the problem out and the drugs were with us in next to no time

Quick responses, however having to provide a prescription from our vet added £40 to the bill. So consider this before trying to buy pain relief medicine online vs from your own vet.

First time I had used very simple to do. Quite a bit more expensive than where I normally go to be honest.

My cocker spaniel has recently been diagnosed with 'dry eyes' which requires twice daily application of optimmune eye gel. Using online pharmacy for pets i found the Pharm Pet co to be professional and efficient, from the day of ordering which is so easy to do, to delivery, usually takes 48 hours. I am pleased now that it is not deemed to be necessary that Fed Ex delivery was the only delivery option for this particular medication. yes i would recommend Pharm Pet to others

I was having a mini crisis and PharmPet came to my rescue. My 10 year old miniature schnauzer is diabetic and blind, everything was going along fine for a couple of years and then out of the blue my usual supplier of Max’s insulin had no stock. You can imagine my mild panic after further phone calls informed me there was no way of knowing when they’d have any more. I googled online pet pharmacies, I didn’t realise how many companies there were, and thank goodness something drew me to PharmPets. I am so so glad I found them, rang them yesterday afternoon and after a very pleasant voice reassured me they had insulin in stock, I was further reassured when they calmly took me through the process of ordering from them. A quick email to send prescription and it was all fine and dandy. I received confirmation of order by return and information on delivery. Today the couriers emailed me to say my order would be delivered tomorrow morning. How about that for service? I certainly won’t be going anywhere else for Max’s future supplies and he says to pass on his furry gratitude. Brilliant experience!!
