Initially screwing up my delivery address between PharmPet and the Royal Mail somebody stepped up to the plate and saved the day!! I don't know how but my cats' prescription arrived in time and normal service was continued....thank you

I am not satisfied for their customer service. I ordered a toothbrush (£7.99) and a toothpaste (£8.99). They sent me a tooth kit (£12.99) and a toothbrush (£7.99). I asked them I don't need two toothbrushes, I want to return it and refund the difference. Mila, from customer service sent an email that you can keep it and we didn't wrong. I paid (almost £17) and they show them they are genius.

My wife and I ordered Solensia for our cat, paying extra for expedited delivery to ensure the medication remained cool during transit. Despite both of us being at home for two days, Royal Mail delivered the package a day late, and the medication arrived warm and ultimately unusable. When I contacted PharmPet Co for support, they informed me that the only resolution they could offer was a refund of the shipping cost. We are very disappointed with this service and now need to reorder the medication from another vendor.
